i was wondering for the ticket to india for round trip and i searched evreywhere but i was getting very high fare and longlayover but suddenly one massages popped up on my facebook page and it was from airtripmaker so i started chatting with the agent and he was danish so i gave him my travel sector and dates and he came out with the best deal which i never expected so hats off to these guys who work relentlessly

Airtripmaker is best to book flight tickets, staff is very supportive and always helps to find better deals. I had an interaction with Kevin to book my flight ticket, he understood my criteria and booked the flight ticket accordingly. he has more patience, spent enough time to search for good deals and booked the ticket. I recommend Airtripmaker to book flight tickets.

I worked with Prashant for a booking for my family for a travel from Charlotte to Kolkata for 3 tickets. Overall working with Prashant was pleasant as he was attentive, tried to give multiple options and patient. But when he went ahead to book the tickets for the quoted price he was not able to do the same and said the revised price will be $140 more per ticket. I agreed nevertheless as there is crazy rush for summer travel and booked the 3 tickets with him. Today I reviewed the CC charges and found that $140 was charged by their company per ticket and I was charged $420 extra by their company and rest was charged by airlines. I do not have any qualms with Prashant but the way I got charged for $420 extra that I felt is wrong. I am aware that airlines already give commissions to their agents directly and it is factored int he ticket price. If there is any other booking fees or taxes that should be notified to customers upfront for any but since that is not told to customer upfront I feel that is not professional or ethical.

They charged me $200 for one check in baggage which is too much.They said only one of the two baggages needs to be paid. That technically means both check-ins are not inclusive of the ticket and not free.
As someone has rightly pointed out, once they get their commission they don’t pick your call.
Hidden message/catch there as well.
What a fraud company this is!!
I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.
