scammers. never delivered what i bought.

Ordered in April. Never received. A few emails to tell me working on it, but nothing further. I bought one a couple years ago and it was fine so something changed. Took my money and disappeared.

Terrible Experience - Do Not Trust AirVinyls

I had an extremely frustrating experience with AirVinyls that I want to share to warn others. In December 2024, I placed an order for several of their car fresheners, which are designed to look like turntables. Unfortunately, the order never arrived.

I reached out multiple times in February and finally received a response from someone named John. He apologized for the miscommunication and delay, assuring me that my order would arrive soon. However, after that, I never heard back, and the items still never arrived.

I have continued to try to contact AirVinyls for either a refund or for the items to be resent, but my attempts have gone unanswered. It’s been months, and I am still waiting for a resolution.

I would highly advise anyone considering purchasing from AirVinyls to be very cautious. Their customer service is non-responsive, and I’m left with no choice but to warn others about my experience. This company has proven to be untrustworthy, and I regret ever placing an order with them.

i paid and never recieved my order and it lied to me and scammed me, never replied to any emails

Payed in december 2024. Contacted support in february 2025, they said there was a problem at their warehouse and it will arrive in 5 days. Still havent received it in end of march.

Paid - never delivered- never responded to emails . It’s a scam.

I ordered 3 sets on 24 Oct, each set containing 1 'player' and 10 'records'. I received all the records loose in a bag on Nov 3, and after many follow-up emails to ask after the players, I received two on 1 Dec. These are branded in Chinese as 'Breath of the Times'. Airvinyls refused to send the third player, insisting I had only ordered 2. This is despite me purchasing 'shipping protection' and getting an email from John in customer support on Oct 24, who said "I'm delighted to let you know that I've just personally packaged up & shipped out your order!".

This company is a scam. They have taken my money and 2 months later I still haven't received my items. I have requested a refund about 5 times and they just keep replying that it'll be with me in 4-7 days. Absolute rip off

Never received the vinyls to go in the pointless holder!! Binned the holder now as months later nothing turned up

I am reporting for possible scam that I have suffered. My order made early December 24 that I paid never arrived, and they do not respond to my emails, I asked several times but I was not refunded. Attention terrible seller

Really disappointing service. Discs arrived without turntables. Despite several emails and promises - nothing was resolved. Suspect he is swamped by orders but that is no excuse.
