It doesn't work. It is incredibly uncomfortable, which makes me sleep worse than before. No change in snoring or sleep quality. The refund policy states you have to return it at your expense (with a paper form) and hope that they will give you your money back later. It's a numbers game scam for them. Do not buy this product.
