Absolute Trash
Absolute trash. Purchased an automatic spray air freshener a few months back and it's stopped working. Checked the aerosol to find it wouldn't depress so have half a can of air freshener that I can't use, put a new one in and changed the battery for good measure and the actual machine won't work now either. Used the online form on their website to get in contact and it said, "Thanks for signing up for our newsletter" and I've had no response. Tried calling twice and when you eventually get through to when you think you're going to talk to someone and it just cuts you off. Spent god knows how much on this product when money is tight enough as it is and it's been a complete waste. Don't recommend this product whatsoever and the customer service is absolute rubbish.
Free AirWick Fragrance Ripoff
I ordered a 'free AirWick fragrance' through Amazon Alexa. I've tried various diffusers and plug-ins which are hit and miss so i was hoping AirWick might be the way forward. A few weeks later i got a letter/leaflet through the door which had a couple scratch and sniff areas with a coupon for one particular product. Really disappointing, threw it straight in the bin, such a waste of paper, i at least thought it would have been a 5ml sample spray or something.
What a mess
What a mess. A lavender plug in that smells nothing like lavender looks nothing like a lavender product. A replacement for the old GOOD lavender product. Good by air wick. The straw that brakes the camels back. Hope you get lots of these to make you listen.

I recently purchased the new airwick freshmatic to replace my old one. The unit has only one battery rather than two( bonus) unfortunately every time it dispensed, it sounded like something was grinding inside. I tried reloading it but still the same problem. I decided to buy a second one stupidly thinking it would work. The second dispenser still made a grinding sound as it tried to dispense with very little output of perfume. I reloaded it with a new cannister and still the same. Very disappointed with the new freshmatic, I would not recommend buying this product to anyone.
Probably the most unreliable piece of…
Probably the most unreliable piece of equipment I have ever used. The dispenser eats batteries, fails to spray consistently, and 9 times out of 10 a new refill fails to operate. ( down to the dispenser not the can). And why oh why is the spray head designed to fall off! And because the lid is so tight we have on occasions broken the spray tip as the lid whacks it on opening.
It was only recently that I clicked on that we have purchased several airwick dispensers because of failures, yet, our glade dispensers go on and on and on…
Airwick are all now in the bin..
I refuse to waste any more money

Bought a double pack of refills for my freshmatic and one was not spraying correct, almost like it didn't have enough power so i replaced the batteries and put another refill in and the same thing happened and then i noticed i couldn't even get it to spray manually, so money wasted and obviously a faulty batch, airwick need to sort this out before the brand gets slated all over media.....oh wait everyone is already slating them
REFUND OF £18 Confirmed in january still waiting!!!!
Freshmatic spray refills not working
I have 6 freshmatic machines in my home and have used Airwick for years, BUT I have 6 refills under my sink I can not use ! its the pressure in the can is faulty
If you shake the can you get 1 spray then it stops working, so now considering moving to glade, really Airwick is not as good as it used to be !!! Also be aware do not buy the special offers where two cans are together again 1 will not work !!! Told in january i would get "
£18 refund still Waiting !!!
Unit doesn’t spray properly
Unit doesn’t spray properly, contacted air wick and waiting some vouchers, think they must have a faulty batch out there ☹️

I recently purchased two units a couple of weeks apart. Neither of them work as the units fail to depress the spray. However, l contacted the company and they did send me some vouchers, l still have several cans of spray but nothing that works to use them in.
Botanica Reed diffuser . Air Wick
Botanica Reed diffuser .. spilled on oak dressing table top & it completely stripped the wood of varnish. Tried to make contact with Slough .. not interested & gave me wrong numbers & e-mails … even put through to Barcelona ?? & staff leaving so couldn’t help.
Concerns that this dangerous product (if in wrong hands) could be a serious health risk.
Tesco said they couldn’t help & I needed to go to representative in Uk .. & here I rest my case.
One to get and one to avoid
I have used several of their products. One being their no wet spray product and the other being their plug inn defuser. The no wet spray product is brilliant and would recommend it. On the other hand avoid the difuser, i dont see what difference it makes at all
Sweet Smell of sucess
I AM BLIND I use the computer with the aid of specialised audible assistive software but I will NEVER allow my disability to overpower my ABILITIES. Hi guys for years now we have been using AIRWICK products - yes I've tried the other ones but they do not compare.
Airwick has totally natural smells they seem to `stay in the air` longer, they last longer in that I change refills a minimum of every 8 weeks. Myself and other members of our Blind Club have explored different brands BUT we always come back to AIRWICK
I totally recommend this to everyone, quality and value for money
Good customer service overall
Have 2 freshmatic sprays that stopped working. I emailed airwick who asked for the batch numbers so I sent them a picture of them and they offered me vouchers. Issue was resolved quickly. Only downside is they said they sent the vouchers and to allow 1-2 weeks for them. The time passed and as i have a newborn and ppl starting to visit needed this to give that warm homely feel/smell - also i missed the smell as turned off whilst pregnant as was overwhelming. Had brought new refills and changed batteries but it wouldn’t work. I contacted them and they resent some which came within a week. Great customer service and got an outcome I wasn’t expecting but took a long time to get them. Used straightaway to top up the home made reed diffusers i made.
"Black Lines Matter"
"Black Lines Matter" I recently purchased a double refill for my front loading Freshmatic.
Put new batteries in the dispenser inserted one of the sprays. My Freshmatic gave one puff and then flashed red/ faulty, with no sign of giving out any more fragrance in the bin it went. I purchased a new Freshmatic £10 inserted the refill can and it worked. Then overnight I thought the nozzle looks different, I located an old nozzle retrieved the old Freshmatic from the bin. Installed the refill this time with an old nozzle and it worked. So clearly the problem was in some way the nozzle. I contacted Airwick and rather than admit to the problem assured me that the refills have been tested and work in new and older versions of the Freshmatic. So I then set about trying to determine what the problem was I noted the new nozzle was lacking the two black bands so using a black felt tip pen I copied the two lines onto the new nozzle using that nozzle in my old Freshmatic and it worked. I then contacted Airwick to tell them of my findings and they replied glad we could help??
WARNING TO ALL AIRWICK USERS THIS…

Hopeless customer service. Use ‘Poopouri’ instead of Vipoo, far better product
Pity I couldn’t give it zero. Purchased 6 of a product called ‘Vipoo’. The first dispenser stopped working after only about half of the contents had been used. Second one, exactly the same. At £6 each, and only being able to use about half, this makes the tiny little product cost about £9 ! Contacted the company and had the usual ‘we take your complaint very seriously’ since when they have done nothing but put obstacles in your path. They replied to my email wanting bar code and batch number, then next email wanted something else, and so it goes on. Would not recommend this product
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Purchase of a Glade Airwick Christmas fragrance (with aerosol). After using this for about a week the can started to leak leaving a mess all over my bathroom cupboard. Wilko's would not help due to me not keeping the receipt, therefore I thought best option was to email Airwick direct. Because I hadn't kept the packaging, which I would have thought was normal they won't do a thing. I had to throw away the can immediately as it was leaking a sticky mess. I sent them photos of the dispenser as that is all I have kept. I find it outrageous that because I cannot produce a batch number they refuse to help.
