So far I have had a good experience with Air You Go. I actually only transacted with them online since I am an OFW in Dubai and I wanted to book a tour just before I will go home for my vacation. I placed my booking through their Cebu Branch and only did all the questions and transactions through FB Messenger. Never had to call them over the phone since they reply to my chats right away. So far the agent that handled my booking, his name was RICHIE, was very prompt in replying all of my inquiries until the very last when they forwarded me my booked flight tickets, hotel confirmation, itineraries etc. Looking forward to booking with them again soon.

The staff of AIR YOU GO TRAVEL that booked OUR TRIP to Korea was cordial and knows her job well. But when you make a follow-up on on THE STATUS OF YOUR booking, visa processing and flight booking (THAT WAS PAID LAST APRIL) tHEY WILL GIVE YOU A HARD TIME.,They gave us a number to call( 730-2936) but no one WAS answering. The travel AGENTgave us her number ,FOR OUR FOLLOW -UP she only giveS promises but THIS PROMISES are made to be broken. Until now we can't reach her thru phone, she's not even answering my e-mail message. Our flight IS on the last week of this month. and until now we don't have THE
copy our flight. i CALLED THE CALL CENTER OF THE AIRLINES they ARE CONNECTED, TO CONFIRM OUR FLIGHT BOOKING , BUT SAD TO SAY THERE WAS NO BOOKING MADE. . i HOPE THIS EXPERIENCE OF OURS WILL GIVE OTHER TRAVELLERS A SECOND THOUGHT IN BOOKING THEIR TRIP TO THIS AGENCY.
