the software did not work on my laptop and after sending them screenshots of this n that they still did not refund my money. they stole it. don't use this company there's better ones that actually won't take ur money if it doesn't work. they say 100% guaranteed money back which is a lie.. this is a scam, a joke! don't pay for this shit..

I purchased the video conversation years ago and it is working very good, I have a game camera that shoots in AVI format and my MAC can't read that and to convert files for video publishing.
sometime last year I bought a new computer and I lost the activation code Aisseesoft was right there to help me to provide a new one

I had an issue that required my computer to be reset. After re-installing my software ( Aiseesoft Video Converter Ultimate ) my “registration code” would not work. I emailed Aiseesoft and the response was very quick and the issue was resolved

Have purchase this software under the assumption that they can help me recovered an accidentally formatted harddisk, 90% of my harddisk contents are not viewable, I have gone back and forth with their customer service, in the end customer service asked me to take an image of the hard disk which is huge, I cannot find any device at home that can fit such size image, then their customer refuses to help further and also refuses a refund, worst customer service for any service provider ever.

When I wanted to trasfer the license of one of the softwares I'd purchased from this brand (Video Converter Ultimate, super great for any music nerd), they imemdiately got back to me and gave me a new license! Will defenitely look at some of their other products now!

I have been using Total Video Converter on PC for a few years now. So far I have been very pleased with the program. It is very intuitive, even someone who does not edit videos on a daily basis will be able to handle it without any problems. Technical support is very important to me. Here Aiseesoft cannot have any other rating than very good. I recommend it :-)

Even a week ago AisoftSeesoft, the Dutch support, didn't found it important enough to answer to a more than ones repeaded question of a (indeed) payed user.

So be worried about the service will you probably get if you need their support.

Finaly. After no respons from the Dutch support. The English support responded promply and came with the solution I ask for.

This is a rating based on my experience of their AI video enhancing software.
It doesn't enhance anything, it simply resizes the videos to a higher resolution without actually enhancing anything.

You end up with exactly the same video quality, but HUGE file sizes.

Don't bother.
To be honest, as you have to register your email address to get their software free, I think they are just harvesting email addresses to sell on to other marketing companies.

I purchased an upgrade to the Aiseesoft Burnova app. Older editions worked fine, so I was surprised when the upgrade would not write Blu-Ray folders or ISO files. I contacted customer support and they immediately responded, requesting log files. After several back and forth communications, the support person diagnosed the problem (only 200 gb on my hard drive). I changed the destination folders to a 2TB external drive, which allowed writing folders and files. While that solved the first problem, an additional issue came up when writing to an ISO file; the "fit to disc" feature apparently only worked when burning directly to a disc. Customer support was again very responsive and sent me a beta version of Burnova that solved this problem as well. I am very satisfied now with Burnova and Aiseesoft's customer service. Thank you!

DON'T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!! THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE MOST LIKELY FAKE. THEY WILL GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND!!!! THE WORST SOFTWARE COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH... AVOID AT ALL COSTS....YOU WILL NEVER GET ANY REFUND....

I wanted to record my courses via Zoom on my Mac for watching later, as I am often not available at the time of the course. Mac did record but no sound! I googled and found Aiseesoft. And it did the job perfectly. Appreciate that!

This company is a scam. Don't trust them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I purchased the WhatsSync software to transfer all my files from WhatsApp on my Android phone to my iPhone. Not only did it not work and I lost ALL of my message history from years past, it also removed the remnants of what I did have from when I transferred directly from my Android to new iPhone. I contacted their support, gave them everything from error logs, screenshots and detailed descriptions of what happened. I jumped through extra hoops trying different steps requested by support and installed a newer version of the software as requested by their support, still no success.

They refused to refund my money, despite overwhelmingly demonstrating that not only did the software not work, it completely stuffed me in the process.
