I’m very happy with my Naturalizer Everly Pointed Toe Pumps, but what impressed me even more was the way the company handled my order.
The original delivery date had to be changed, and I really appreciated receiving an email before the order was shipped, clearly explaining the delay and providing a new delivery date. Even better, my order arrived exactly on the revised date they promised.
This may sound like a small detail, but to me it says a lot about how a company respects its customers. Delays can happen with any international order — good customer service is about communicating honestly rather than leaving the customer wondering.
Everything was handled professionally and transparently, and the shoes arrived in perfect condition. The Everly pumps themselves are beautiful, elegant and very comfortable, especially considering the pointed toe.
