I ordered wall chess, never got them. Wondering if the police could help in that matter?

Made a purchase in February. They responded to every other email it seemed, always with the same 2 replies.
Never got my product, never got a refund. Nothing. Just out over 60$ and no amazingly awesome late birthday gift for my best friend. :/

Same I ordered chess set in Feb, a few emails saying about COVID-19. Now nothing.

I ordered the fireplace like many others and after many emails explaining the delays I still have no product.

Clearly a scam. Am so disappointed.

Ordered a fireplace light and crystal large piece and never received it Its been a nightmare. Credit card won’t refund.

Ordered crystals back in January, never got them! The company won’t reply to my emails. Never again

What everyone else has said—no product and no refund after 4+ months. Absolutely infuriating.

Wished I had checked reviews. This company is a SCAM. Ordered fireplace crystals early Jan 2021--- never received. Total scam. There should be a way of dealing with on-line scammers!!

This company is a fake ! Don’t order from them . I ordered and never received my merchandise! So horrible to be scammed like this . Save yourself the aggravation! $49.99 stolen from me.

I ordered a Crystal fireplace piece in January 2021. Never got my product. Emailed them every week for months. Keep getting a response from CS stating to allow 2 weeks for refund to process. Nothing is being refunded.

How I can get my money back I have been waiting since Feb. Looks like they are crooks.

I ordered a kosen figure in February and it been THREE MONTHS I still haven't got my product. I went check the website and there was nothing like before, and it said that they don't take any order now. I wish I can sue them rn!!!!!!🙃

These F-ers are crooks and I want to file a class action suit against this swines!!! At first they responded saying delays due to Covid....that was 6+ months ago! Now nothing! If there are enough of us, we need to go after these pieces of ----! Yes, I have left out offensive words, but you get the picture! DISGUSTED!

Well I also purchased this fire place crystal and just like all the others never received it I have contacted them to cancel and got the same lies DUE TO COVID crap!!!! I requested my refund was told more lies in 14 business days and you already know I didn’t get that either, I attempted to report to BBB, but now I don’t even see a website for them just more compliants! I usually check reviews before buying the one time I don’t this happens, I guess ALL THAT GLITTERS AINT GOLD!!!!!

Never order from these untrustworthy animals. I also ordered a selenite fireplace decor and never received it. They will not answer my emails. Alan lied to me And stole my money.
