STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCHOOL - YOU WILL BE ABSUED FOR VULNERABILITY.

Bombarded with unrealistic Expectations. Unsupported. Especially by management and heads. Raised concerns - targeted immediately for doing so and response was full of retaliation against me. Stress heightened. Raised grievance, fully detailed with evidence-they ignored it. I Asked for support. Ignored. Due to stress fell poorly, wellbeing was compromised. They did not care. Head, assistant head, principal, hr, senior hr, director and ceo all made aware. No correspondence. Over 8 colleagues left. 3 head teachers left in the space of 3 months and 2 principals left in the space of 5 months. Of course I Resigned. Salary was supposed to be 11,000Qatari a month (~£2000), the last month received a pathetically hilarious amount of 500Qatari, for what they claim as "deductions" for things like paint touch up and dents on a table. Unbelievable desperation for hoarding every penny. Until date salary unrecieved. Completely manipulative and no resolution or intent to solve issues. I handed in sick notes for my absence, amusingly in their settlement at the end they wrote salary deducted for days absence.... what an absolute waste of life.... Will applaud the day they are held accountable. Be very careful accepting their malicious employment, this place can really compromise your physical, emotional and mental wellbeing.
