If i can give a ZERO stars i would do it but unfortunately it is not possible, today was my first tome to deal with Ajet and for sure the last as they abandoned my daughter from going on the flidgt because i argued with them over a standard cabinet size bag and they wanred to charge me twice and the end up ripping my daughter’s boarding tickets and recall her laguage and left her behind even though she did not argue or shout and i weren’t travelling with her but they punished her on behalf of me and actually they were part of the problem by sending the big bag before we finish our check in on the counter and we said bring back the bag so we can sort out the other bag and put all stuff together as we still has allowance they said we cant it took time so they actually put as in a situation either pay or leave your staff and on top of it they wanted to charge us over 700 gram. They shuld feel shame. Bad companey and rude staff and bad attitude this happened today at stansted airport london

Lost and Delayed Baggage

We had a self transfer flight and when we landed we had to wait over an hour to wait for our luggage and even lost some of our luggage which caused us to miss our next transfer flight and they made us book a whole new flight and blamed everything on us. Never booking with this airline again and don’t risk booking with this airline because the baggage is really strict and you have to pay so much for extra baggage.

A Jet canceled my flight from Moscow to…

A Jet canceled my flight from Moscow to Munich without giving any reason. There was not even an email informing me about the cancellation, and there was absolutely no support from the airline at the airport. We were only told that the airline would contact us in order to possibly rebook us on another flight.

I waited, but not a single email ever arrived. After waiting for a long time, I had to arrange a new flight on my own, which did not depart until the next day. Of course, I had to pay significantly more for the new flight than for the original one that was canceled.

The airline now refuses to cover the additional costs caused by their cancellation. I haven’t experienced such a rip-off in a long time. Stay away from this airline — I will definitely never fly with them again.

The worst flight company that I ever…

The worst flight company that I ever used in my entire life !!!
By departure they already late for one hour and few minutes. In way to Istambul they run out of gas and they landed in Ismir to refill. That was one hour and few minutes more. We come to Istanbul two and half hour too late and of course we missed transfer to next flight. After complaining we get nothing because transfer flight was in other company. Then we buy new tickets from Istanbul to our next flight with our own money for second time. So we lost 12 hours in Istanbul Airport and we lost money for transfer flight.
So our recommendation is try to avoid this Ajet.
Later we find out that they have long bad history

Delayed--no reason given

I'm not going to just belittle and run down a company for problems. We had a flight on Ajet Jan 21 about 02:00 which was 2 hours and minutes late. We boarded late, 40 minutes I think. We sat in the plane, I slept a lot of the time, but never were we offered water or snacks. With such a delay, that would have helped the situation.
Finally we flew and it was a normal flight. Just late in landing. . .
I would say that if you can fit YOUR schedule to THEIR aberrations, fly Ajet. Do not book in the event you MUST arrive on time. No reasons were given anymore than water or snacks.

So I wanted cancel flight and they just send me back to website I booked e -dreams and website said they don’t accept cancellation. Later anyway this flight was cancelled because of the weather but with app was not possible to make refund , they planed next flight for next day . But what about costs on the airport ? Hotel ? Also 4 kg bagggage ? What is this ? I will personally never fly with them again

Terrible Experience with AJET

Terrible Experience with AJET – Overcharged and Horrible Service

I flew with AJET from London to Istanbul on 22 April 2025 (economy class, 15:40–21:40). I had already paid to carry two suitcases, but at check-in I was overcharged for overweight luggage, ending up paying more for extra weight than the cost of the flight itself (up to 250 pounds).

When I reached the gate, staff told me my carry-on was too large and I had to pay an additional 50 pounds. The service throughout the journey was horrendous, and the staff seemed disorganized and unhelpful. In fact, some staff even told me they disliked the company and agreed that its policies were unreasonable.

Overall, this was the worst airline experience I’ve had. I strongly advise other travelers to avoid AJET. The combination of overcharging, poor service, and frustrated staff makes this airline highly unreliable.

I had a terrible experience with AJet…

I had a terrible experience with AJet on flight VF2
(Jan 2nd). The flight was delayed for over 5.5 hours, causing me to miss my prepaid hotel and car rental.
To make matters worse, my luggage was delayed for 14 DAYS. I was left at my destination without any of my belongings for two weeks. When I submitted my receipts for essential clothes and the costs I lost due to their delay, AJet rejected them with nonsensical excuses, claiming the expenses were at "destination" - which is exactly where I was stranded without my bag!
They are ignoring the Montreal Convention and passenger rights (EC 261/2004). Total lack of professionalism and customer care.

Terrible service!

Good afternoon. I've been unable to submit my claim for broken baggage for three days now. I've already tried changing browsers, clearing cookies, and downloading your app. The only service you use that responds quickly is Instagram, but the operators there couldn't help me either. I have a terrible impression of your company! Not only was my flight delayed and canceled multiple times, for more than a day in total, but I also lost my hotel reservations, a taxi, and a transfer to another airline because of it. They also smashed my luggage, and now you can't even accept my claim! Terrible service!

Inconsistent policies, worthless company

I’ve wasted so much time and money, I’m disgusted to even think of this company again.

Trust me, if anything goes wrong, anything, even if it’s their fault, you’ll probably but not necessarily have to deal with a bunch of bs and still lose.

If you are lucky enough to read this review before giving them business I’m telling you now: run the other way. Work with any other available company. Don’t risk getting caught up with this company.

Absolutely terrible and unacceptable…

Absolutely terrible and unacceptable experience with AJet.

I had booked my tickets and had a transfer in Turkey. There, I was forced to collect my luggage and continue my journey again. However, my luggage never arrived, which caused me to miss my connecting flight.

The AJet staff were extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. They even took my passport away, claiming they needed it to search for my luggage. This is shocking and completely unacceptable.
After more than 8 hours of waiting and chaos, I was forced to buy new tickets at my own expense.

My return flight was also with AJet, and when I tried to cancel it, no one took responsibility. No help, no solution, no accountability.

AJet is not a trustworthy airline. Their tickets may look slightly cheaper, but with such tactics they end up making customers pay twice. No responsibility, no customer service, no respect.

I strongly do NOT recommend this airline. Very rude staff, terrible organization, and a complete scam for customers.
Never fly with AJet.

The most tra$h airline in history to the point where i would rather fly with a damn flying raccoon than them . EVERY time i fly with them something has to go wrong , they either lose bags , change seats without notice, delay trips without a single message or be complete Aholes to the customers . had an extremely bad experience with AJet. They delivered my baby stroller damaged, with the frame broken, and the upper seat part was completely missing. I was left at the airport with my one-year-old child, feeling helpless and extremely stressed.
When I went to the AJet counter to ask for help, they told me they could not assist me because I did not wait in a 40-person-long line, despite the fact that I was alone with a baby and clearly in need of urgent support. They showed no empathy at all and refused to help in any way.
AJet provides no proper customer service, takes no responsibility, and shows no care for passengers, especially families with small children. This experience was unacceptable and caused serious inconvenience and distress.

ven one star is much , such a horrible airport. Staff there are extremely rude and tough. Not only that , but also they are extremely racist. They don’t have any kind of communication and how to deal with tourist. They are scammers and charged us for my handbag , as they said it doesn’t meet their criteria even though I have traveled to a lot of countries with same handbag around Europe and Egypt also, but they think they are better than the entire world. My gut feeling this a new way of scam . The most Ironic thing and the charge was equal to price of the ticket which is extremely hilarious. What also I noticed they have done that for all of the tourists I didn’t notice any Turkish has been fined. On the top of that , they don’t understand any language just Turkish . With all of due respect this is airport , which basically meaning . . communication must be one manor priority rather than shouting and screaming on us by Turkish try to find a polite way to communicate

Unacceptable Treatment of a 17-Year-Old Passenger Travelling Alone


An airline’s approach to its passengers directly affects not only the flight experience but also trust and brand perception. Unfortunately, an incident that occurred on 27 August 2025 clearly demonstrated how easily customer satisfaction can be disregarded.
How the Incident Began
My daughter, Dora Demir, was travelling alone on flight VF1991 from SAW to Stansted. She is only 17 years old and this was just the second time in her life she had flown on her own. What should have been an exciting experience quickly turned into a deep disappointment during boarding.
At the baggage check, her cabin bag was found to be only 2 kg overweight. While I was on the phone guiding her, instead of removing items from her bag, Dora put the extra clothes on. She wore several sweaters on top of each other and reduced the cabin bag weight to 8 kg. Her backpack, from the very beginning, was already within the 4 kg limit. In other words, all baggage rules were fully complied with.
However, this time a small plastic bag containing only food was used as the excuse.
Threats and Being Forced to Pay
Despite fully complying with the baggage rules, my daughter was told by the staff member, “Either you pay this fee or the plane will leave without you.”
For a 17-year-old minor travelling alone, there was nothing she could do under this pressure. Panicking and in tears, she was forced to pay €50.
Scolding and Humiliation
The most painful part was that even while she was crying and searching for her credit card to make the payment, the staff member continued to scold her, saying: “Where was your mind until now?”
Instead of receiving support, she was humiliated and made to feel small.
Misleading Responses and Loss of Trust
Although I reported the incident through official channels, all responses from AJet were identical template replies. Even worse, they repeatedly claimed that my daughter’s cabin baggage weighed 12 kg.
This is simply not true. I personally guided my daughter by phone to put on the extra clothing, reducing the cabin bag to 8 kg. Her backpack was already compliant. All requirements were met in full.
Despite this, the company’s insistence on the “12 kg” claim strongly suggests that the staff member involved may have provided false information in order to avoid taking responsibility for their unjust behaviour.
Rather than resolving the issue, this approach clearly feels like an attempt to cover it up.
Conclusion: An Attitude Unworthy of Customer Care
What happened to a minor travelling alone is not only a financial loss, but also a psychological one. For an airline to threaten, humiliate and scold a young passenger even while she is crying is completely unacceptable and entirely against the principles of customer care.
I am deeply disappointed to say that such behaviour does not befit an established company like AJet.
This incident is a reminder that passengers do not only need rules to be enforced, but also basic human decency.

Fast and experienced call center service

I had a flight from Moscow VKO to Ercan via Ankara. My ticket was FLEX rate and my booking had 2 passengers. At the date of flight I had to cancel ticket for 1 passenger out of 2, I sent request via contact form and I was contacted after 3-4 hours by experienced call center employee. He did all the amendments and cancelled one passenger ticket promising that I will get refund in 7-10 business days. In fact I got my refund (which is around 75% of total cost) after just 1 business day, which is amazing. My total flight experience was smooth and well. Their customer service is very good considering it is a low cost airline.

The worst airline I’ve ever dealt with.
My flight from Pulkovo was canceled due to bad weather — okay, I can understand that, it happens. At the airport, the airline’s representative kept reassuring us: “Don’t worry, we’ll replace the aircraft and get all of you out within the day. Information about the new flight will be sent by email.”
Of course, nothing ever arrived. There was no way to contact the company. When calling the phone number listed on the Russian version of the website (8 800 700 61 61), Turkish Airlines answered and said they have nothing to do with AJet and have no access to their systems.
I managed to reach Turkish support in Turkey — in very poor English they told me they knew nothing about any replacement flight, that they don’t arrange such replacements, and that I could request a refund. What do I need a refund for, if I urgently need to fly and won’t be able to buy another ticket with that money anyway?
Why lie about a replacement flight? I spent the whole day sitting around waiting for that stupid email. In the evening, when it became clear that the airline had simply lied about the replacement flight, the ticket seller told me they could only change my ticket to a flight in two days.
If there hadn’t been this lie and I had contacted them in the morning, maybe I could have at least gotten on a flight the next day — by the evening there were no tickets left. No compensation for accommodation during those two days was offered. And by the way, I’m supposed to be at work on Monday.
This is just pure hell.

Refund promised by email – no action for over 18 months experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with AJet.
After a flight issue, AJet sent me an email confirming that I was entitled to a refund. However, despite this written confirmation, no refund has ever been processed.
It has now been over a year and a half, and during this time no serious action has been taken. My follow-ups have led nowhere, and I never received a clear explanation or resolution.
This is extremely unprofessional. Promising a refund in writing and then ignoring the customer for such a long period is unacceptable.
I am posting this review to warn other passengers to be very careful and to keep all correspondenc
