I dont normally do customer reviews but in this case i needed too as this company is absolutely fabulous
I've used a couple in the past but not come across anything like
AJ Hill Aesthetics
They are so organised its unbelievable
They not only send your items on the day you requested a few weeks before with no having to chase them
And there customer service is fanfastic too giving you updates on were your order is
I would never go anywere else
So organised, competent and friendly I would recommend these 100%

Unfulfilled promises.
I ordered Trulicity. I had previously used this so ordered so it would be delivered in time for when my next dose would be due.
It was supposedly being delivered by DPD and I was to await contact from them. Delivery day arrives and I had heard nothing. AJ Hill aesthetics did respond fairly quickly to my email, apologised, gave me loyalty points for my problem and promised delivery the following week.
By this time I was a week late for my next dose. They were very inflexible with delivery days/times.
The following week and another promised delivery day. No contact from DPD. AJ Hill again responded to email, advised they would check with pharmacy to see if it had been collected. I then heard nothing at all. Complete silence.
I then emailed again. Asking for an update, failing that a refund.
No reply to my email. No apology. I did however get my money refunded, although no communication that this was indeed going to happen so quite worrying as it was over £200.
This has resulted in myself being late with a scheduled dose, worry about money and sheer frustration at unfulfilled promises from this company.

Rybelsus 3 mg had no effect at all . Took this for one month , no appetite loss , no weight loss and no inches lost . Followed the regime to the letter . Don’t waste your well earned money

Good afternoon Christopher,
I'm very sorry to hear of your disappointment. As someone who has struggled with weight, I can certainly relate to the feelings of disappointment and frustration.
I have looked back and can see you only started treatment one month ago on the official starting dose of 3mg. Clinical guidelines and the manufacturer's guidance advises all new starters to start on the starting dose of 3mg. This is to allow the medication to be safely introduced to the body, preparing it for the higher doses. Starting too high too quickly can cause unpleasant side effects, adverse effects and even causing the body to actively resist the medication due to being "shocked" with a higher dose - rendering the medication at a higher dose ineffective.
Therefore, the official titration guidelines is 3mg for 30 days, then 7mg for 30 days and then 14mg for 30 days. Some people see an effective result on the starting dose, others have to build up to the higher doses before seeing a desired result - this is the nature of these types of medications and it does take time to achieve the desired effects / results, just like any other method of losing weight or changing your physicality. The regime has technically only just started for you, so it really is too soon to say it 100% doesn't work after only 4 weeks.
I can see we checked in with you and you rightfully queried the lack of effects within the first two weeks, so we did advise you on things to take into account and the peripheral things to do alongside the medication to help aid weight loss e.g. healthier eating, increasing physical activity, keeping a track of what you're eating etc.
Unfortunately, we did not hear back from you to continue advising you, which is a real shame as these medications do work well when the appropriate advice is followed.
Regarding weight loss in general, we do state on the website and on the Health Form that we do not, and cannot, guarantee weight loss for everyone. Everyone is individual and therefore everyone responds differently - one size does not fit all so it can be trial and error when starting a new medication. I can see that you did tick "Yes" to confirm you had read and understood that on your Health Form.
We know it can be disheartening to not see a result but it does need more time to get results. If you do ever change your mind, please know that our door is always open and we will always do our very best to get you to where you want to be. We have a lot of regular customers and we enjoy helping them get to where they want to be. This applies to you Christopher as well if you do ever wish to try again - we are here.

I have been a patient of Hannah’s for two years now, I love how ‘naturalistic’ her approach is- I look rested and glowing. Less is more is always her approach, she will say no to a treatment if she thinks you’ll look overdone. I have recommended her to several friends.
