It's a SCAM! SCAM! SCAM.
This app earns so much money just by the orders and returns wil explain how. 1st u order a product they wil take 6_ 7 days to deliver BUT! BUT! On last day they wil cancel ur order saying due to some technical issue. Now think of lakhs of such orders for 7 days they get interest on that amount. Now 2nd when u return the product they won't pick up the product for months so again for month they get interest in that amount again think of lakhs of such return issue.
So it's a SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

Having such a bad experience with Ajio app.... I had ordered 2 items on 3rd of June it was supposed to be delivered on 12th of June but it got delayed to 15th of June and then to 16th June ... It's been 2 week since I ordered my parcel but didn't receive it yet ... They are charging extra for delivery but providing such bad customer service... I am never ever going to shop from Ajio ... They are doing scam with people .... Please don't prepay for your order in Ajio app

I would rate 0 to ajio ,they wouldn’t exchange without a price tag ,But they wouldn’t attach the tag while sending they such a irresponsible service

I thought this was a good app until recently. I ordered two pairs of Columbia trousers for Rs 10000. When the packet arrived i received one trouser and one cheap white tshirt not worth more than a 100 rupees. I immediately took a picture along with the packet and sent it to them. They had the tshirt picked up and then sent me a message saying that they had dispatched the correct item so they would not be refunding my money or sending me the right item. In effect they have cheated me of 5000 rupees and are also calling me the cheat! I am deleting this app and definitely not shopping here again. It's an eye opener. Only Tata clique and Myntra for me now

My experience with ajio is too Bad, as they have stoppedd taking the returns, and providing return pick up for the product at my area, earlier i had orderr 2 products and they were very costly as it didn’t fit me i had to return them, due ti them not providing return pick up services i had to ship them and none of the private courier services took incharge of send my parcel so i had to send them through India post, now my parcel is lost and they have denied to take incharge for the product. I have lost my parcel as well as the money.

Ajio is very wrost I ordered lehega choli but i received wrong product but they are not listening me and refused to return it

I have order the 3 set of dollar pyjama,ajio sent me set of 2,when i raised the complaint they took back convenience fee of rs 45 which is non refundable, most of the time they sent wrong product, and takes convenience fee in return v bad 👎dont buy anything from ajio

I order 2 boxers they sent me wrong size & when I called them for exchange, customer care guy told me this item is non returnable/exchangeable. In this category seller can send you anything & the customer has to keep it. Worst experience. never buy anything from Ajio

Worst service never ever recommend ajio to anyone as Recently i ordered a set of curtains with ajio but i have received the wrong order which was a set of bedsheet from past 10 days i struggling with this issue as pickup was not done yet every time customer support representative given timelines till than multiple timelines i have received but zero resolution talked with there higher magament Mr kuldeep singh senior supervisor and today got the call from Mr Mohd, i have not received my refund as well

Guys beware. Azio has policy of delivery from their place and are not bothered if their delivery partner is delivering the order to the client or not.
I had purchased 2 bedsheets and one dress via order ID: FN4911508887. In March 1st week.but got delivered only one bed sheet and dress. I asked the delivery boy to open the parcel and show the contents, which he refused. I opened the parcel in front of delivery boy and there was only one bedsheet which the boy also saw and when i asked him to take it back he refuse sine i opened it and asked me to return or complain to Azio Which i did. I emailed them several times and they replied saying they have delivered it from their side under strict vigilance . But what if the parcel is tampered on way for which they have no reply. SO BEWARE of ordering from Azio

Ajio is cheating people. I shopped first time. They send what they have unsold old stocks I believe. Received wrong size. What we order we never get. After returning, 2nd time also wrong product received. Response to the complaint takes 4-5 days. As product is non-returnable, we end up having wrong product with us. Never ever shop on Ajio. Waste of money & time. Looks like it's a scam.

A GIANT CHEATER
I recently bought two shirts . When package was opened only one shirt was there . Raised complaint two times with ajio customer care but complaint was resolved on their own saying that nothing can be done . Second time they told me to send clear images of ghost shirt which was never received .

Ajio can be called *outright scammers*. I had ordered a pair of jeans from this app, what I received was a completely different style of torn jeans of different size, which obviously didn't fit me. When I placed a return request, the delivery agent refused pick up because I was not returning the item that I had ordered. Obviously! I had received a different item than I had ordered! I called their helpline for 6 times and mailed them 11 times. No resolution was given and I felt like such a fool so easily

I have ordered 4 pair of dresses its so good, best quality. I liked it.

I ordered a Coach Willow Colorblock Shoulder bag in November '23. The bag I ordered and paid extra for had a different color long strap. (4k higher in price!)
And the one I received was the regular Coach Willow Shoulder bag with the same color strap as the bag (4k cheaper). I reached out to Ajio customer service immediately after receiving my order. The agent on the phone assured me I will receive a partial refund for the strap and to reach within a week if I haven't heard back. A few days later, I emailed the customer service team for updates and they completely denied the fact that they shipped me the incorrect item. I shared a picture of what I ordered vs. what I received, and it's clear as day then sent me the wrong item! I even told them to check the call record of my conversation with the customer agent But, as per them and their "investigation" they basically claimed they were completely in the right and shipped me the correct item and refused to give me my partial refund. I emailed them for days and this was basically the only response I received. Everyone on their team I interacted with had the same response! I wasted so much of my time and energy on reaching out and writing to them. They closed the case and refused to take any responsibility for their incompetency and horrible service. I paid so much for the incorrect item whoch was their mistake! It's unbelievable what a scam of a business Ajio Luxe is running. I will never buy from them again and wouldn't recommend this fraud company to anyone. They are absolutely incompetent and cannot even process orders correctly! I've worked in this industry and I would never treat customers this way. My 1st and last time ordering from them.

I will be sharing my review on other customer review sites as well as, I don't want the same to happen to other people. It is better to visit the actual brand store, or order from elsehwere than order from these scammers!

Sold counterfeit Oakley sunglasses and don't have a return option for them. Not only are they fake, they are about 10 sizes too small and don't even fit my 14 month old baby.

Terrible customer support, its non existent. Till the time you dont need to contact them, its fine

Ajio is a fraud they never refund your amount pls take action against them
