have order the product Pre payment amount 2295 once I payment for the product but I didn't receive the product once I order was confirmed then my product was cancelled without any reason still I didn't receive my refunds payment also very bad very worst response then I call for ajio customer care no response and chatting with the app no response it's 1 month February 11 I order the product my product cancelled day February 16 still no any response ajio app so please kindly refunds my payment soon as possible people please don't pay before you receive the product please do cash on delivery is best ajio please refunds my payment.

Ordered Rayban 3825 58 size which had 2 numbers in stock when I placed the order it no longer exists it just got vanished & even the site is not specific about the size as it shows confusing size code

Very worst app I ever seen , I have ordered my purchase 1 month before but still they didn't deliver yet and also there is no cancellation option, also I have cancelled one product somehow but they didn't return my money yet . And the customer care number .. i don't know why they keep that customer care ... simply waste, waste of money, waste of time.

The deliveries are pathetic ...the packages are not delivered to the hand. How to you expect the customer to believe in it? The Amazon's delivery are 100 % delivered to hand and no missing. And Why it's takes 14 days to delivery the item ordered?

​AJIO is a Scam! 🛑 I ordered a Floral Kurta Set but received the wrong product. I have raised 5 return requests, and every single time the delivery person cancels it from their side without even coming to my house! I have lost my ₹1500 and AJIO support is doing nothing.

I couldn’t find the viral sequin skirt for a reasonable price anywhere online, until I found one on ajio. Though available in a small size only, it fits me perfectly. I’m so satisfied with the timely delivery and the quality of the skirt.

Exchange and return service is very poor ..simply taking charges for platform fees even after their own mistakes by sending wrong product and still charge for no reason... refund money never comes on time

I have ordered kurta set with dupatta costed 1500 rs. Ajio had delivered one torn dupatta, used jacket and t shirt. I requested return but they are not picking up my order. It's a big fraud. Never order anything from ajio app. It's a waste of money.

I placed an order for two shirts 20 days ago in Agio, only they arrived in different colors.I had returned it but they never came and took it away. He said there was some problem and it has been 20 days since all this happened. Whoever is watching all this, I request you not to order anything there. I didn't know it would be so bad. Ajio has a good selection of trendy clothes and frequent discounts, but sizing is inconsistent and quality varies a lot. Delivery can be slow or unpredictable, and returns/refunds sometimes take longer than promised. The app UI is okay but cluttered with ads. Overall decent value, but reliability needs improvement.

I ordered 2 kurta sets and 1 pant from AJIO, but all the products were damaged and of very poor quality. I have been following up for the last 15 days through multiple emails and calls, but there is no proper response from the team. This has been a very disappointing and worst shopping experience. you have not delivered the exact briefs which was shown in your portal. The breif pattern colours are very different from what you have shown in your portal. This is totally disappointing and i did not expect from such a reputed concern like you. but the product which i have received was good.

I wish I had option to rate them 0. They sent a wrong product, after going through all the formalities for return for over a month now, all they keep saying is sending emails that process for refund is going on. One of the worst nightmare!!! Never ever recommend anyone to buy from this AJIO online site.

I received the wrong colour product and the quality is extremely cheap. On top of that, the product was delivered without any brand tags.

Now when I request a return and refund, your pickup staff refuses to take it, asking for brand tags. How am I supposed to provide brand tags when you never sent them in the first place?

Your customer support is useless and not responding with any solution. This is absolutely pathetic service.

People, please do not buy anything from this brand. Their return policy is horrible and misleading. Ajio is nothing but a fraud platform that cheats customers with fake policies and zero accountability.
