Cheating and deception
If I could give them a lover rating I would!
In october 2021 we ordered a Siemens hob, and was told it was in stock and they could deliver it within 14 days. The money was withdrawn the same day.
The hob wasn't delivered and suddenly they didn't know when they were able to deliver because of Corona. At first we were able to follow our order online, but suddenly this was closed down. When we called them and asked questions the promised to call back within an hour, but they never did.
Finally we decided to take their offer and cancel the order. We were told to write them an email and they would them respond to this within 24 hours. This was last week, we still haven't heard from them and they haven't returned our money. AND now they don't answer the phone any longer but the answering machine encourages you to send an email!!!
I fear they have never had the intention to send us the hob, but only wanted to take our money.

Unfortunately, due to the current situation, the delivery delays in some cases are enormous. We all hope this will change worldwide soon.
