My experience of renting a property through AK247 Homes has been extremely positive, and both Frannie and Amy, who assisted me throughout the process, have been amazing.
In particular, I have to give special praise to Amy, with whom I had most of my dealings. Despite clearly being very busy with other clients, she has always been extremely responsive, perfectly organised, very polite, and consistently made sure that everything stayed on track. Most importantly, I always had the feeling that she genuinely cared about helping me, which is something I honestly cannot say about the majority of London estate agents I have dealt with in the past.
To briefly illustrate the level of service - on Thursday evening at around 7pm, I submitted an online request to view a property I had found online. At 2am on Friday, I received an email from AK247 (Kelly) letting me know that they would contact me in the morning. At 8am, I received a call from Frannie offering me a viewing, and by 11am I was able to see the property.
The whole process continued in much the same way — efficient, well organised, responsive and, above all, genuinely helpful. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending AK247 Homes and would happily use them again in the future.
