Eye doctor is not capable

Eye doctor is not capable , diagnosed my vision totally wrong. Glasses are giving me constant headache. I stopped using new glasses and using my old glasses. Wastage of money , and time. I have no time to do arbitration.
I will never go to that place again.

What a total waste of time & money

What a total waste of time & money. Their Dewside Drive location in Brampton prob run by an imposter who has no idea what he's doing. It took my glasses 3 trips & 10 weeks & still its defective. The man just sweet talks and has no knowledge whatsoever.
He failed to mark my glasses correct and could't get it right even after 3 times. The moron starts blaming you if you still have problem with the glasses. Thats what he did. Now am stuck with reading glasses that keeps going lose & sunglasses that won't focus right.
Close to $500 of total loss !

STAY away & shop where they're not playing with your money & time.

Buyer Beware

I bought frames with lenses and went for the "best lenses" they had under Essilor brand along with anti-blue light coating.

Well after using it for few days it started giving me headaches while using computer because it wasn't filtering the blue light at all. I took it back to the store and they assured me that everything is good with the glasses but its my vision that needs to be fixed. Needless to say I was very angry and decided to buy another ones from a different store. I got them for half-price and they worked just fantastic!

Akal optical scammed me big time, first they advertised wrong product and used brand name to sell me some poor quality junk. I guess its a lesson I learned after spending a lot of $$ and I hope this review will help others.

I will also report this company to Better Business Bureau and my company insurance group because I saw so many people getting sunglasses with fake receipts of glasses.
