Thank you so much for your effort and support much appreciated. My son got an A* in his IGCSE result, you made him more confident in Physics. The material, revisions and homework’s really helped him a lot to achieve that grade. And of course as a parent being updated thru your application about my child work and progress was very helpful to keep track of his progress in the subject.

I have taken Mr. Akbar for my final year and most important year at school since I needed help in physics. He has been one of the best tutors out there and always thinks of the student before himself. He is constantly trying to improve each and every student's grades and knowledge of physics. He sometimes takes time out of his day to help with his students if they have and queries even out of their tuition timing. He has also been a big help with exam pressure and how to deal with it. I have never been scared or shy to ask a question even if it's something silly because I know he will answer it to his best understanding and make sure I understand it. His powerpoints and questions are very effective and his explanation of them helps a lot. His books also help and have very easy yet understandable explanations of many of the physics topics and ideas. if you are looking for a physics tutor I think you should not look any further than Mr.Akbar.

It was very organized and very helpful and prepared us well for the exams but the only thing that i think would need improving is to not rush lessons so much

Mr. Akbar is the best physics tutor I’ve ever had by far. I have been struggling to achieve a grade higher than a C in physics, since year 7. With him as my tutor, I have achieved an A* as my IGCSE grade. Not only were the lessons extremely useful, but it was extremely entertaining as well. Mr Akbar engages with his students very often, and barely ever makes them feel bored. Lessons are packed with information with a side of jokes, experiments and laughter. Truly, there is no other tutor that had ever made physics fun.

Brilliant tuition, dedicated teacher, loads of resources for revision and very sophisticated. Always offered to help with any questions, both during and after class. I’m pleased to say that Mr. Akbar was a big help when it came to my IGCSE’s.

Physics had never been that interesting to my son. Mr Akbar explains information in an easy funny way to make kids actually like physics. He provides resources that is all what a student needs. He makes sure each child is listening and keep parents up to date about their child progress. On going assessments for each covered topics helped tremendously.

Akbar Academy delivered excellent well-structured Physics lessons, which greatly assisted my daughter with he physics studies and exams. As parent you receive regular updates as to how your child is progressing in relation to class work, regular knowledge checks and exams. Overall a great investment in my daughters’ education.

Mr Akbar taught me for two years and he helped me a lot in the past two years of the IG course. He offered me the best physics lessons. Mr. Akbar has been a great part of my IGCSE physics course. Although I never found physics hard, Mr. Akbar helped me understand concepts in a simple, clear, and fun manner. I enjoy classes with him as he gives us frequent breaks and encourages us to walk around to feel fresh and on track throughout the whole lesson. I will definitely consider signing up for AS-level physics next year with Mr. Akbar as I feel like this will benefit me immensely.

This year I have taken AS Physics tuition classes with Mr.Akbar, and although the Covid pandemic has affected our learning, my grades have progressed greatly. He is a teacher that puts a lot of effort into how he presents his material and has a really good way of breaking things down so that they are understandable to the students, and if you don’t understand something he encourages everyone to try and is very supportive and patient, which anyone that is looking to take Physics (whether it’s IG or A-Levels) needs and has never failed to keep our lessons engaging.
