first day review....first deposit £40...i bet 10,20,30p each...only got 3 ,,scatters'', won £70 and then I spun, spun, spun...and there was not a single ,,SCATTER'' win.....WTF,

If you are a regular straight shooting punter you can do far worse that bet with AK.

PS - Its the nature of gambling sites they are going to getting negative reviews especially from gaming punters raw after a loss. I would ignore those. If you are a Sports Bettor you wil have little to complain about.

8 days ago my AKbets account was ‘suspended’ without any notice at 1400 GMT.

At the time I had almost £100 in credit , which I was able to withdraw before my login expired (although I was not advised to do so in either the AKbets FAQs or by the chat line which simply advised me to “contact customer services via email”).

Please allow me to be clear with my intentions here.

I have studied all the AKbets reviews on Trust pilot ( which seem polarised between 5 stars and 1 star, with little in between) and intend to publish a FAIR, HONEST & AUTHENTIC review of my experience with the AKbets site.

Many ‘issues’ reported on reviews centre around ‘suspended accounts’. I was in this situation, which renders you ‘blind’ on transaction history , open bets and any previous chat conversations which in my experience range from very helpful to not so helpful at all , perhaps reflected in the reviews posted.

As a former ‘ customer’ with a suspended account I FULLY accept , recognise and respect the fundamental right of any bookmaker to refuse to take a punter’s bet or bets. I have no issue with that.
Gambling is a two way street and a transaction MUST be acceptable to both parties, some of which appears to be lost on some reviewers who have posted so far.
But not on me.
When you are subject to a ‘suspended account’ by AKbets the following happens:

Once your log in session expires you will no longer be able to enter the AKbets website.

You will then receive a ‘standard’ email saying “We have made a business decision to suspend your account. This decision is final, but if it does change we will let you know”.

Once the login session expires you can no longer see any ‘live bet’ or indeed your customer number associated with the ‘suspended account’. You will note that the AKbets responder to disgruntled former customers asks for their customer number as proof of them having formerly been genuine customers.
Unless you have previously recorded your customer number you can’t see it as you can’t access the account anymore!!!!!!.So how can you provide something you can’t see?.

As a former customer you don’t know why you have been suspended. This can lead to some paranoia from ex-customers and may explain some poor reviews.

One such review says “Don’t get stressed” ( by being suspended by AKbets).

I fully agree , I left it a week to calm down from the SHOCK of being suspended. AKbets did email me so say my existing bets were losers and no additional funds were due to me.

My advice to those who considerer joining AKbets , as I did , is don’t run the risk of getting suspended, simply don’t join.

There are many more other customer friendly sites that will take online bets and not ‘suspend’ your account without notice.

I fully expect a sarcastic response from the AKbets responder , who regardless of receiving totally unacceptable comments on “You should get laid more often” in previous TP reviews does not do his cause , or his organisation, any favours in giving free bets for good reviews (ethical?) or arrogantly dismissing those who give low reviews .

GIVE THIS SITE A MISS to ensure that you don’t get the shock of suspension or a sarcastic retort.

My issue here is the way AKbets suspend accounts and “shut up shop” against a wall of silence.
When AKbets suspend your account you get ZERO notice of this happening.
After suspension once your login session expires you cannot log back in and access any details of your account.
THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS. Even if you no longer want their custom there are better and more classy ways to cease to offer a service.

Opened an account with them placed a few bets no problem taking bets fast withdrawal and issues just jumped on trader chat sorted straight away and excellent to speak to a human

Absolute great site 👌 everything is on point great odds and even so the customer service is great too

Signed up to the site, easy to use. Won ££££ on sports and the casino. They then emailed to KYC my account, they dragged the process out, eventually suspending my account. BEWARE!!! They don’t like winning players

No complaints from me. Can't remember what offer I signed up with, but the free bet was added straight in to my account no problem. Only use AK bets for the horses - easy to use and navigate, I like the fact that they have all tracks worldwide, rather than just UK. The odds that are offered when the prices open are up there with the best. Withdrawals are pretty fast and they don't ask for any pointless documents to do so. Get some handy free bets too - not sure if it's based on how much you are staking daily/amount of bets. Only draw back is no best odds, but oh well. Unless I end up getting restricted to 5p stakes like some bookies do, will keep it 5 stars. Would recommend.

Great site but wish I had bet with paddy power last night on Dave Allen too win his boxing match against Fisher Allen was cheated that bad paddy power have paid out all bets as winners not your fault but boxing is so corrupt now

Top bookie. I deposited 700 over weekend and was up over 2K on Sat. After Man city lost I had to deposit again for 300 and no problems. I am a football gambler so it was not the best that I got bombed with casino slots offers. Would much prefer free goodies on sports please

Joined couple months ago, no problem all my withdrawal, last I made 4 grand was in my bank within 24 hours. Good odd on most football and snooker. the only bad point for me is they don’t have Baccarat in Evolution studio which the game I play most , good luck everyone

Honestly at this day and age, most people take the time to write a review only when they had a negative experience, so I was not as sceptical checking other reviews. Personally, everything went smooth and great! Best odds in the business, 5-star betting site, 5-star customer support, not that other bot support bs like the rest of them. Placed my bet on Trump, won, got paid almost instantly. Reliable trust worthy bookie! If you lost all ur money, dont be angry at the bookie/ casino and write a bad review, be angry at your self for being a pr*ck, learn to gamble within ur means.

Signed up to AK bet a while back but didn't use the site much.
Deposited another £200 early this week and when I came to withdraw the account was suspended, KYC documents were required to reopen my account.
The customer services team have replied to emails I have sent, made the required documents clear and explained the process to me, its a protective measure to keep both punters and the bookies safe.
I am waiting for my account to be verified but as I am not doing anything wrong I'm not worried about this process and understand these measures are required from respectable and responsible sites to ensure everyone's safety.
The markets are great, the in play scores are accurate and the in play bets are placed quickly meaning you don't keep getting 'the odd have changed' pop up.
Looking forward to being back on soon 🙂.

Since writing this AK Bets have requested additional information to assure my experience is affordable to me, personally I feel this just shows that the company are looking after my best interests and respect this step a lot.. other bookies would just verify the account and allow you to keep betting without a care for your financial wellbeing.
Even more than this they have returned my balance to me whilst the verification is being processed, genuinely so impressed, especially as some of these reviews say they won't return the money (absolute rubbish).

My experience with AKbet, and in particular, the customers services team has been nothing but perfect, would give 10 stars if I could.
