After reading repeatedly the website I decided to order the Akemi Slim Patches. That’s where the issues started. When I received my package it had no return address of it coming from Akemi Slim Patches company. I double checked the website to be sure it was where I ordered my patches from. Upon opening the envelope I see 4 boxes of GLP-1 patches. Plain white boxes with absolutely no identifiers indicating the company of Akemi. NOTHING like the box shown on the website. What am I receiving???
Red flags, red flags, red flags! Decided I didn’t want to use these scam patches. Again I check the website for instruction on how to return items. Very difficult to find. After much searching I finally found a phone number. I call and talked to a woman about making a return. After all the website stated AKEMI has a 100% risk free return. No questions asked! NOT TRUE. First offer was return items at my cost (shipping to me was $15.00) and wait for a refund. NO! Second offer was 30% off and then next offer was 85% off? NO! The website says 100% no risk no questions asked money back return! It wasn’t until I asked the women how to write a review on my experience was I offered an immediate refund. It was clear she did not want me to write a review on my entire experiences. I did not get refunded what I paid for shipping. PLEASE think twice before ordering from this scam of a company. BTW the reviews listed on all the successes clearly defined in the very small print of the disclaimer They are FAKE’. Just beware.

These do nothing but turn your skin red. The package I received looked nothing like the advertisement. I called the company and the said keep trying it and hung up. Duct tape would’ve given the same results.

Ordered off the Akemi website. Tried to make sure I wasn't getting scammed, but alas. Received my order today and sure enough it was in a Speedx bag. Usually the first sign. Generic boxes, with basic "make your skin tingle" ingredients. I swear I thought I would have learned by now.

This is a joke and a scam company. First it said it is a US company and you get in 5-7 days. NO, it is shipped from CHINA. HAVE SEEN NO RESULTS OF ANYTHING FROM IT. It comes in a very generic green box which no where references Akemi Slim Patch. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

I never received an order confirmation email. Contacted the number on my charge because the amount was more than the product. There was a $15.00 shipping charge! I’m sure this was NOT on the order screen. Am currently waiting for product which is supposedly USA manufactured and shipped. Feeling a but scammed.

Bought product direct from Akemi. Received a generic looking box..no berberine or moringa in product. Peonia, cinnamon ginger and mugwort. Very misleading. Nothing to do with glp-1.
