This is a scam

This is.a scam, most the services have errors and they will not refund after complaints. Absolute scam stay away.

The reddit engage intergrstiins feature takes you to the billing page.

The competitor research complelty mislabeled my market and industry and effectively useless recommendations.

The search tracking resulting in a " line violation error"

And the website optimiser just failed to start. Never got to optimise anything.

I explained this to the company and they said they were monitoring the platform and non of these issues exist.

Refuse to refund after I had used for only 1 week.

SCAM STAY AWAY.

Thanks for the feedback. We've reviewed our CRM, support inbox, and platform logs for this period and cannot find an account, login, or support communication matching this review.

A few specifics where the timeline doesn't match how Akii actually works:

Every Akii platform plan begins with a 14-day free trial. There is no billing in week 1, so a "refused to refund after 1 week of use" outcome is not possible against any real Akii customer. Our pricing page makes this explicit: https://akii.com/pricing

The four features you mention — Reddit Engage, Competitor Intelligence, AI Search Tracker, Website Optimizer — each log every run with a session ID. None of the errors you describe appear in any session for any user in May 2026.

We have asked Trustpilot to use their "Request Information" tool to verify the account behind this review. As of today, no response.
