Took 6 weeks to receive the ring I ordered, was told quality issues were to blame. When it finally did arrive the measurements were significantly smaller than what’s stated on the website, rendering it useless to me. Incredibly disappointed!

Best customer experience I’ve ever been in contact with. Fast response and very helpful. Received a bracelet which unfortunately broke due to a manufacturing issue. Akind responded so quick and I received a new on just a week after.

Amazing customer service! A few years ago, I ordered diamond earrings, and even then, I noticed how they show care through small yet meaningful gestures, such as a handwritten card that accompanied the order.

Recently, I lost a lock from my earrings and contacted customer service. They were pleasant and friendly in their communication, assisting me with a new lock. It was nicely packaged in a small pouch with another handwritten card. Additionally, they followed up with an email to ensure that I received my item. I truly appreciate how this brand takes care of its customers.

When you visit the online store, a large pop-up immediately appears, offering you a 10% discount on your first order if you subscribe to the mailing list.

But guess what?
When you place your order, the discount code doesn't apply after all ...

I can't fault this jewellery company, literally wonderful in every way.
Customer service is impeccable, my queries have always been answered quickly, and any issues dealt with smoothly.
The pieces themselves are beautiful, so well made, and the sustainability behind the brand is one of the main things for me.

The shipping was extremely fast, I ordered it the day before during breakfast and received it next day during breakfast 😂 I thought it would take longer to get to Germany. Perfect for last minute presents 🎁 though this is only for me!

So happy with all jewelry from Akind that I have so far (facet stacking ring, six diamond ring, diamond bracelet, black diamond bracelet and station diamond necklace). They’re all delicate, still durable and works for all occasions. The customer support and good quality product is also really price worthy -simply put, this is a rarely found good jewelry brand!!

After losing my engagement ring before Christmas, I ordered a ring in good faith from this company. I liked their products and the ethos suggested by their website. I tried the ring on twice for around a minute each time and showed it to my husband but unfortunately it didn't sit well with my wedding ring. I returned it within 7 days. The company then emailed to say they would not return my money until I had paid £15 for polishing - they claimed it was badly scratched and sent photos of a ring with some minor scratches - it may or may not have been the ring I returned. It would have to have been a very rough delivery process and very soft metal for these to occur after it left me. I had no choice but to pay - felt like extortion. I would have preferred to pay a returns fee as this wouldn't have left such a sour taste - but presume this is their MO to cover costs when a sale is not being made. I'd be very wary of parting with a large sum of cash to buy anything from this company unless you are 100% sure it will suit. At least Dick Turpin wore a mask.

Amazing! I wear jewelry everyday but always the same things. So I need good quality that lasts. Akind s jewellery is modern, beautiful and of great quality.
