They offer good quality products at affordable prices and some of them feels copy or fake products and when it's comes to customer support they are the worst they don't give any proper reply or fix the issue so I had to comment on one of there video in youtube and without even giving a proper reply they hide my profile from there channel.
They have some good deals at their site but be warned that their after sales service and issue resolution are very poor to say the least. I have ordered from their site a few times before but this time for a order of ~700 there was some technical issue that "corrupted"/changed the order to some random things costing thousands of rupees causing a discrepancy and they didn't even tell me that there is some issue that is causing the delay in shipping and after weeks of waiting I had to contact them asking for shipping delay and then they revealed this to me and because I couldn't wait that long I got my things locally meanwhile instead of relying on these people so I simply requested that I understand there was some technical issues on your side so please refund to the original source but even after that they took a few more days just to refund into their meme wallet thing . What is this behavior, have some decency. sigh!
So if your order goes well great, you get a pen and notebook with ads but if fortune fails you then you are at your own.
