Use of the “.ch” domain is misleading.

The use of the “.ch” domain is quite misleading. As a Swiss customer, you naturally assume the company is based in Switzerland, but it is actually located in Denmark. Returning an item from Switzerland is therefore complicated (customs form via Swiss Post) and expensive — around CHF 40. Customer service simply referred me to the terms and conditions and does not contribute to return costs. Swiss customers should be aware of this before ordering.
