Unprofessional
I Placed an order at the beginning of May, no news for 2 weeks, sent a message by email, no answer. Sent a message via whatsapp, no answer. I Had to call to finally get someone to talk to. The person said he had forgotten about the order and it would ship the following Tuesday. I got a text on the day to say it had shipped. 2 weeks later, nothing arrived. Again, asked for an update through whatsapp but no answer. Tried to call and no answer then got a text saying I'd be called back asap. No call back... Called again a few days later and finally received tracking details. The tracking details show that it hadn't shipped when they said it had but a week later! Still waiting for my shipment at the moment and will update if needed but I would NOT recommend this website or timberfactory.eu which is the same. Edit: I received my order 5 weeks after placing it. Good points: It was well packaged and the panels arrived safe at least
