I ordered one Moroccan thobe but then later ordered another one but somehow the second thobe I purchased arrived but not the first?

Ordered a Thobe and it never arrived, they also did nothing to get back to me or compensate me. Only followed up with Royal Mail and said I had to wait another week. I still haven’t heard back from them.
