One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I selected Moroccan style thobes and placed an order however unfortunately they were out of stock. I was telephoned straight away and provided with alternatives with the team going above and beyond to accommodate my needs and requirements as I was making multiple orders for a wedding. The order was then dispatched and arrived on time as promised. Even when I had further questions after I made my order, the team still went above and beyond to answer them. Again excellent service and would recommend highly!
