Quality of the suit is not good

Quality of the suit is not good. Terrible customer service. Be careful of the return policy, it is the absolute worst. Colors they show on website don’t match the actual color of the suit.

I would’ve gave a zero star if I could’ve. This company support team is terrible I emailed them about a return and they took forever to respond and tried to tell me it was past the fourteen days. You also have to pay shipping to send it back to them to if it doesn’t work for you and you also have to pay shipping to have it sent to you. Their sizes aren’t very accurate to size I normally wear a 38 I ordered the pants and when I received my pants they fit really big and my
Jacket size is normally a 44 I ordered a size bigger just in case and it came in fitting like a size 42 jacket I use to have. But overall it’s just a terrible business.

Sent a suit back in time for a refund

Sent a suit back in time for a refund. Haven’t heard a word after 14 days. I called them and they told me to email the return department so I did. They emailed me back and said there was no way for them to check to see if they got the suit. I have misplaced my tracking receipt therefore they told me if I don’t have it and I don’t hear from them that they received the suit I an out the money for the refund! Wow!!!! Basically a total scam! You buy something, return it, they keep it and you get nothing! I would have kept it had I known that and sold it locally to someone who could have used it for prom or something! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Absolute nightmare of a company

Absolute nightmare of a company. You know Indian phone scammers? Imagine they started a suit company. There you have Alain Dupetit. They will not answer you whatsoever. I sent 10 emails and called 10 times over one week about my wrong sized suit. No one answers, they just take the money and want you to order a new one. Read Reddit and every other review site. Disgusting people

There is no customer service

There is no customer service. They respond to Facebook posts same day of something good but emails take 2-4 business days. Then you respond and it takes 2-4 more business days? Needed a suit, ate the first one. Ordered a different size for the second one because the shipping to return the first one wasn’t worth it. They sent out the second suit and it was the wrong size sent. Sent pictures of tags and labels. Suit was supposed to be slim. They replied days later saying I need the plastic bag? Have t heard back from them yet they respond to Facebook posts same day. Very frustrating.

The company accepted my order and my…

The company accepted my order and my money. Their site showed my suit shipped out and eventually delivered. UPS showed the suit in transit, I called UPS to investigate, they told me to reach out to Alain Dupetit, so I did. It took four days for them to initiate the investigation, according to ups the investigation was closed 7 days ago, and I still have not gotten an answer or my money back. Alain Dupetit doesn’t really have customer service, just an email you can write to, then hopefully pray to get a response. There’s no escalation process and no one there seems to care if we’re happy as customers or not. It’s a shame because their suits are nice for the price, but it’s a crap shoot to see weather or not you’ll ever get your suit, at this point it feels like they’re dragging their feet because they don’t want to refund me

Poor Communication

My daughter wanted a suit from here for her homecoming dance. I ordered the suit with plenty of time to spare for regular shipping. After receiving a confirmation email I waited a week or so for the shipping information. It never came. So when I went back to check my order through the confirmation email link, I discover my order has been cancelled - and I was never informed! I double-checked my email to see if I missed it, but nope. Never informed and no reason as to why. I sent an email asking why the cancellation and why no notice and have yet to receive an answer.

Too much money spent, avoid this site unless you’re absolutely sure of your size and have a tailor ready for alterations

I ordered three suits in different sizes to accommodate my broad shoulders, intending to keep one and return the others. However, the return process was a nightmare. Initially, I thought I could find a suit for a bargain, but the hassle wasn’t worth it.

I live in Georgia, and their warehouse is in California, so the suits took quite a while to arrive. Make sure you read their return policy carefully—you only have 14 days to return items from the purchase date, not the delivery date, and you’re responsible for return shipping. If you order over the weekend, they won’t process your order until the next business day, which cuts into that 14-day window. To initiate a return, you have to email them, and that takes 2-4 business days to get a reply. By the time they responded, you ship the return close to the deadline.

In my case, I paid for 2-day shipping on a Thursday, but it didn’t reach them until Monday, putting me past the 14-day return period. On top of that, there’s a 20% restocking fee. So, I ended up paying $120 for the suit that fit, $60 to return the others, and another $60 for the restocking fee. That’s $240 spent before even getting it tailored just for a Chinese suit!

You’re better off going to a local suit store. The quality will be better, and you’ll have a much smoother experience.

Really meh

Price is alright, everything else is really bad.
Customer service is unresponsive about any issues. Quality is maybe a bit higher than most cheap suits. Return policy is horrible. Hope you got what you need the first time, or you are screwed. If you live outside of the US the shipping costs will kill you and it will take as long as snail mail. You need to track their price changes daily if you want a good deal. No price match policy if you bought it yesterday and the price dropped by 20% today.

Bought a tuxedo which took over two…

Bought a tuxedo which took over two weeks to arrive. We immediately requested another tuxedo because it did not fit. Wouldn’t take back the tuxedo because there is a two week return policy. Absolutely NO customer service!!! DO NOT purchase from this company. Never ever have I experienced such poor customer service.

Terrible return period window

Terrible return period window. You get 14 days to return a suit from day purchased, automatically giving you a few less days after shipping time. Some people are very busy and don't have time to figure out where they halfway hid return instructions within the site. There are no links or buttons on the site, in emails, in your orders - only remote instructions to email them. We had already bought another size of the same suit too, for replacing the suit we needed to return, and cannot return it since it is past 14 days. Had we known. Now I am out $150 and have two of the same suit. They did not deserve double business from us. I am confident in saying that this return window is set up as such purposely, but also so people can't use suits and return them so easily. I get it, but still not fair.

I wish I read the Reviews here

I saw the FB ads and decided to buy a suit. I got it on time but I did not like the shirt and tie and decided to return them. I sent 4 emails to them without any reply! I checked the reviews here and noticed that everyone is having hard time with their no existence customer service.
Stay way!

Be aware they might not care

You are taking a gamble if you order from this company. They have the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. The suit was decent enough but due to their horrible service, I had to spend way more money than I should have. After following all the steps for measuring, doing the video they suggested on their website and emailing it to them, they never responded. I contacted them to see it they had received my email after a week and they responded with an email saying it takes 2-4 business days to answer emails and if I emailed again they would discard my email. 3 weeks later still no response. Ended up just making a guess in ordering because this suit was needed for a wedding. Had to spend a fortune for an extra suit and alterations that could've been avoided had they responded in 2-4 days. To this day they have never answered my questions or email. And forget calling - they DO NOT answer the phone.

Terrible Customer Service

I will try to be as succinct as possible. I ordered a suit for a wedding. Time was an issue. The wedding was 3 weeks away. I received the order within the week. I believe I ordered on Monday or Tuesday; I received by Friday, give or take. I immediately took the suit to the tailor for alterations. Everybody there noticed the jacket and slacks were a different shade of black, 4 people. I immediately call Alan Dupetite and spoke to a lady. She told me to follow the email process. I told her I was on a time constraint. She told me I would be contacted. I did the email process for a resolution. In total I sent around 7 emails that week and made numerous phone calls. No one would answer the calls, so I left voice messages. The wedding was fast approaching. I had to allow time for alterations. I ordered a replacement suit and had it shipped overnight. This one was fine. No contact from Alan Dupetite. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card. Alan Dupetite finally contacted me 2 weeks later. After 25 emails, pics being sent to them, and a dispute being opened with my credit card, they relented and provided a full refund for the suit. I have asked them through 5 emails to reimburse half of the overnight shipping on the second suit. The overnight shipping cost more than the suit, $90. They will not budge. I told them to meet me halfway on the overnight shipping. It was their fault they sent me a faulty suit to begin with and did not respond to my dilemma. My complaint should be obvious. Shotty customer service. No contact or acknowledgement. If I would have known their service was so bad, I would never have bought the suit. Truth is, Amazon provides a much better-quality suit for $90 -$100 dollars. The material is 100% superior. I bought one from Amazon as a backup. It is so much better I kept it. Amazon provides free shipping and returns.

My final order from them.

Just placed another order with them the quality of their suits is top notch. The down side is they no longer ship from within Canada. The cost of UPS shipping is as much as the suit costs. This will be my last suit bought from them. The aditional charges have close to tripled the cost of the suit.

Bad fit, worse customer service

Used the fitting service, way too tight in the jacket. Tried to return after getting back from vacation and was past the 14 day return window (from order date btw..). Material seems good considering the price but not the best experience overall.

Zero, shipping to international so expensive. The quality is worth nothing and the sizing is horrible. Worst suits ive seen in my life. Lost so much money for them. They re going to the trash honestly.
