Vele mogelijkheden om te mogen en kunnen ontspannen

Begonnen met massage wat heerlijk is om even te kunnen en mogen ontspannen. Even terug naar jezelf om weer zen te worden. Zeker een aanrader!

Uitgebreid met hypnose. Heb nu verschillende sessies gehad en ben uiterst enthousiast. Ze heeft me zelf onder hypnose leren brengen om zo negativeit om te mogen zetten naar positiviteit. Neemt geregeld contact op om te vragen hoe het gaat en je kunt voor vragen ook bij haar terecht. Denkt hierbij goed mee om je daar waar mogelijk te kunnen helpen met je vraag.

Blij dat ik deze kans heb gekregen om er kennis mee te maken!

Ook kun je naar podcasts op Spotify luisteren of haar op Facebook volgen. Voor mij is er al veel herkenbaars voorbij gekomen en heeft me al veel na laten denken over het proces waar ik op dit moment in zit.

Ze heeft een erg prettige stem en straalt hierbij rust uit, waardoor ik alles nog beter op kan nemen en van "paniekerig" naar kalmte om kan schakelen.
