Excellent service from Chris and Eric at Alarm Guard. They serviced an uncommissioned system that had started behaving erratically after power cuts because of Storm Goretti.

Emailed twice for a quote for alarm & cctv systems. Admin responded both times, but Chris never came back, not even to say he couldn't quote.
Missed appointments ( 3 times ). Promises of a call back did not happen. All OK now.

David Orriss was a totally new customer that we had never met before the review was left.
I (Chris, the owner of Alarm Guard ltd) had an appointment for me to do a quote and I was held up on other urgent jobs. Due to been short staffed during Covid-19 we let him down and wasnt able to take on any new customers for a few weeks.
David Orriss is now a happy customer that wants to remove the 1 star review but cant.
Trustpilot are not bothered and are an AWFUL company that doesnt care about us unless we pay them and give them access to all the e-mails to and from our customers. No way can we give access to the sensitive data contained in our customers e-mail..

Trustpilot should now be receiving copies of your customer emails. Via bcc so the recipient has no idea the data is been shared with Trustpilot.
Alarm serviced last week, engineer very good and professional, very Covid Compliant, thorough and friendly, efficiently completed, excellent service, from a local company.
You can go for cheap but if you want a system you trust and installed by someone you trust then I'd recommend these guys. There is no hard sell just honest recommendations and options given with pricing. I asked for help with our system and Chris said I'm passing that way tomorrow I'll call in and run through it with you, free of charge. We discovered an issue and Chris got it resolved quickly. We've gone back to Chris for further work as I do trust his judgement.
Unbelievably good service! We were having a nightmare where the house alarm would not shut off - heavily annoying the neighbours after several hours! Gave these guys a call, never been a customer with them before. This was around 11pm. The guy talked me through what to do to resolve it, even offered to come out and sort it. Stayed on the phone to fully check issue resolved. Absolutely superb, and then wouldn't take any payment. Who does that these days?! Will recommend these guys to anyone who mentions anything to do with an alarm! Many thanks,
