We booked our Umra for 5 people through Al Aswad Travels. They been very helpful and been quick in response through out our journey. The team member Bilal was very dedicated and supportive in every matter from booking till the performing Umra,zyarat and our return back to our home. I am looking forward to book for my brother and his family through them.

I booked for a 10 days Umrah journey with Raheel Butt . I received a lot more than I expected in professional services and care. And Aliza Khan was also there beside Raheel to make sure my every need was catered for..from a 5 star bed and breakfast hotel in Madinah with a private car and driver to take me round for Ziyarahs.After Madinah I was given a private car and driver to take me to Makkah and checked into a 4 star bed and breakfast hotel. Being my first umrah I was provided with a knowledgeable guide to accompany me and showed me and guided me through the umrah . Again afterwards a private car was made available for me with a knowledgeable driver as my ziyarah guide in Makkah. Life was made easy for me every step of the way.I already recommended this company to my family and friends and can't wait to go for Hajj through them.

Everyone please do not trust them at all. They are horrible human beings. My daughter had to be hospitalised because of their poor choice of accommodation. All the comments that to see are fake. They put fake reviews up just for stars. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. May Allah guide them to the right path. All I know is that Allah is watching and they have to answer for their mistakes.

I booked a 10-day Umrah package with Al Aswad Travels, consisting of 6 days in Makkah and 4 days in Madinah. Unfortunately, this company failed to deliver the services promised and demonstrated a serious lack of responsibility.

Firstly, we were charged a premium for Umrah visas, however we were later issued tourist visas instead. Despite this discrepancy, the company demanded additional payment, despite having already taken a substantial amount from us.

The accommodation in Makkah was satisfactory, but upon arrival in Madinah, the situation deteriorated significantly. We were explicitly promised a 4-star hotel, yet without prior notice or consent, we were transferred to accommodation of an extremely poor standard, wholly inconsistent with what was sold to us.

The conditions of this hotel were unhygienic and unfit for occupancy. As a direct result, multiple members of our group fell ill, and our infant required hospitalisation. Due to the severity of the conditions, we were unable to remain at the hotel and were forced to secure alternative accommodation at our own expense.

Despite repeatedly informing Al Aswad Travels of the situation, including the medical emergency involving our baby, the company refused to accept any responsibility, offered no assistance, and declined reimbursement, effectively abandoning us in Madinah after full payment had already been taken.

Additionally, during communication with one of their agents, an entirely inappropriate and distressing religious remark was made, stating that our Umrah would “not be accepted by Allah,” after which the call was abruptly terminated. Such conduct is wholly unprofessional and unacceptable.

Based on this experience, I believe Al Aswad Travels engaged in misrepresentation of services, failure to meet contractual obligations, and neglect of duty of care. I would strongly advise others to exercise extreme caution before booking with this company.

I came across this company via instagram umrah sights I called them to ask about a few things and ended up booking with them. We booked our umrah on the 18th of April 2025 with Aliza Khan. Aliza dealt with our umrah booking exceptionally we got our visas the same day we flew out the following morning on 19th of April. Aliza was liaising with us throughout the whole journey from start to finish. Will definitely be using al aswad travels and recommending to family members

I recently performed my umrah through using the Al Aswad Travels for My bookings of Umrah Package. Their services was very excellent. they fulfils the commitments and my arrangements was very smoothly I didn’t faced any problem.

They are such a scammers guys be careful and think twice , I have booked for umrah and paid 1100 pounds for flight and hotel and visa and they refunded me 200 pounds as the visa couldn’t be issued by Saudi Arabia .

It was a wonderful experience for me . I will recommend Al-Aswad travel agency. Special thanks to Aliza Khan for her support and assistance through out my process . Throughout my journey, everything was good. Get to my hotel .. Again big five star to Al-Aswad. They are really cost effective and reliable.

they will still ur money I have paid for me and 2 friends for umrah package all inclusive in the Ramadan £995 par parson after they received the money they told me they can’t not provide me the visa because Saudi Arabia embassy hold the visa at the moment, the come to me with 2 options first I have to pay £245 to fly directly with Saudi airlines and I get the visa there on arrival or £245 par person for cancellation fee, I agree to pay £245 to fly but in one condition if they guarantee I will have visa there and send me email to confirm that they don’t want, so I choose the 2 options because they say if I didn’t cancel now I will lose all the money they say is not them fault they told me call Saudi embassy and the airline is not them problem,
how that is not them problem u sale me package all inclusive and u can’t provide me visa why I have to pay for cancellation fee which’s they force me to cancel or I loss all my money so I have to cancel my package and they will take £245 and I will receive the refund on 6weeks time,
after that I didn’t received any emails to confirm how much they will refund me just all the time lies after lies from them all

Now I received email from them they say they will refund me just £250 par parson.
How’s that normal they said £245 the cancellation fee and now they want refund me £250 par parson.
Just avoid them brother and sisters they lies and scammers

We recently booked our Umrah package with Alaswad travels, and I have to say, they did a fantastic job! Everything was smooth and stress-free from start to finish. The hotels were clean and well-located, and the visa, ticketing, and transport were all handled professionally.

Travelling with our 6-year-old, we were a bit concerned about the arrangements, but Umrah Insights made sure everything was comfortable and hassle-free. Their hospitality was top-notch.
