Impossible to cancel their yearly agreement
The individual who originally signed the agreement with this company is no longer with us, and the contract auto-renewed without active use of the service. Despite multiple requests for a refund and cancellation, I was met with delays that extended until the contract's 12-month term ended. Even after escalating the matter and making a good-faith request for a refund for an unused product, the CEO responded and declined to provide any reimbursement. I urge caution when dealing with this company—particularly with their yearly agreements.
