Suspended my account for no reason

One of the best things I can mention in this short experience is the quick response from support.

This is a great hosting service that has:
1. Responsive and very fast technical support that does even more than it is obliged to.
2. Reliable equipment: in six months of using the service, I have never encountered a server shutdown
3. Fair prices for such quality of service
4. Convenient ways to top up your balance

I would call the limited traffic and 1Gbps on virtual servers a disadvantage, but very few hosting services can offer better conditions.

One of the best if not THE best service in cloud industry.
I have used a lot of them out there like, Hetzner, MevSpace, Datalix, Contabo, Webtropia, Deinserver, you name it.
Albahost have the best service overall, by far.

servers' performance is great. the pricing is great too, along with customer service. the only issue being that it takes around a day to deliver the servers (vps)

Close to being a 1 year customer of AlbaHost and couldn't be more happy. You get a great performance for what you pay for, and the people working there are amazing. My experience so far has been great, with 0 issues whatsoever in all of their locations whilst holding multiple virtual servers (Poland, Germany and The Netherlands). Had to contact them for very few things such as rDNS records which were quicky handled by their team.

Will keep updating my review as time goes on, but I doubt it'll ever go below 5 stars.

their contact numbers on the website are useless

I have 2 domain names with them. This host went offline and disappeared completely and no way to contact them. I'm not sure how to recover my domain now. Trying to contact the NIC directly.

total no ownership, no communication and no accountability.
We paid few invoices, and after that no support provided.

Had a very good experience with the company, but since 21 January 2022 noone answeres the tickets and email. Phones also dont work. Any news? Is everything ok?

ANY BODY KNOW HOW WE CAN REACH ALBA HOST PEOPLE ... THEY ARE CAUSING FOR US HUGE DAMAGES AND WE KEEP WRITE THEM FROM YESTERDAY AND NO ANY REPLY ... WE KEEP OPEN TEN OF SUPPORT TICKETS FROM YESTERDAY AND NO ANY REPLY.. WE PAY ALWAYS OUR INVOICES WITHOUT ANY DELAY ... AND EVERY MONTH WE ARE FACING PROBLEM WITH ACCESSING OUR WHM BECAUSE THEY KEEP NOT RENEW OUR LICENSE ( THAT WE PAID ALWAYS FOR IT ).. AND NOW FROM 2 DAYS WE HAVE LOT OF PROBLEMS IN OUR APPLICATIONS AND WE ARE NOT ABLE TO ACCESS THE WHM TO FIX IT, AND ALL OUR MAILS ARE STOP WORKING... REALLY UNBELIVABLE BAD AND HARMFUL PROBLEMS THEY ARE CAUSING TO US .. BEFORE WE NEVER FACE PROBLEM WITH THEM , BUT NOW THE LAST 3 DAYS AND NO ONE ANSWER THE SUPPORT TICKETS AND ALL IGNORING WITHOUT ANY WORD OR EXCUSE .. For a long time I have been using shared hosting service on albahost, so far so good, great support, best latency provider as per my location. Highly recommended!

This is one of the most underrated companies in Albania. I didn't know anything about them in the beginning, and were a bit sceptical about it. But anyway I tested their cheapest hosting plan and I found it more than perfect. Totally recommend it, top quality and the cost is minimal. Thumbs up
