There is a sequel. I contacted Albany. Not to request anything. But they (yes you Denise) listened and without me knowing sent a replacement product free of charge. I'm not used to online firms going that extra mile. I had the AliExpress after sales experience, they used every way to avoid responsibility. I was in busines for years. You stay in biz by looking after your customers. Repeat business not this CHURN.
