Generally very pleased however
Generally very pleased however, at times when they have so many offers or promotions going on, their production departments are overloaded and cannot keep to the normal delivery times which can be very frustrating when one has sent in an order which is time related as a gift etc.
They should perhaps consider this as it is not encouraging to recommend Albelli due to this hiccup which started back in December 2018 and is seemingly still a problem.

Still needs to improve on customer service follow ups
A small mistake in the address and cards were sent back. Didn't get much follow up, had to chat online to fix the problem. The customer service were friendly, but finally could help.
