Awful customer service
Awful customer service. I wanted to cancel my order because I wanted to add extra photos. Sent an email, to which I got no reply. You can only call them on certain days, so I couldn't contact them any other way. Two days later status of my order said "sent".
I also wanted to order two extra albums with my order with discount, which I now can't.
Well done, Albelli, you just lost money and a customer.

Just perfect. Great service
From now on: Always Albelli. Very happy with the album (perfect quality) and with the great service. I had to contact Albelli's service desk because of some problems with the delivery. They solved it quickly, although it was not their fault, and the communication was very clear.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service! Some photos of my vacation came in months later, so I had already ordered my album. I called to ask if I could order 2 loose pages I had changed now with the new photos, and instead I was allowed to order a complete new album for free!!

To print holiday pictures : great! The rest is still in progress...
When printing simple pictures the quality is there, but if you are looking for more professional projects - like print on aluminium or to make picture enlargement - there is room for improvement.
I am curious to see how the company will evolve in that sense.
