A piece was broken but fortunately it was possible to assemble the tree

the tree arrived in time and it is very nice, but the cable of the lights was cut in three parts. Once I sent the image of the cut cable to the correct email address asking to send me an intact cable, they send it to me in a very short time. Thanks a lot!

After searching the internet and reading reviews of many companies christmas trees, we chose this one because it was the best bargain for the size tree we wanted. It arrived immediately as stated and in perfect condition. The assembly was easy, though it did take us some time to put it together since it is our first artificial tree. It is sturdy and beautiful. Easy to buy. The delivery was on time and I had the pissibility to track the shipment. I have just mounted it and the three is as I expected- very very nice.

Very fast in shipping and good communication, excellent workmanship article

I took a risk at ordering an artificial Christmas tree on-line, but was so suprised at the superb quality AND service of this company that I ordered another as a gift for friends.
There are varying qualities displayed - the cheaper prices are indicative also of less natural-looking types, but the higher quality selections look AND FEEL!!! so much like the real plant that even our friends couldn't tell it wasn't real!
Since then, I come back on a yearly basis to see if they are creating new products! I would wish that this company would offer high-quality Chrismas decorations, too, and a slighter larger range of indoor-outdoor lighting because it's a wonderful place to shop on-line!
