Albert has been very patient with me going through hardship I appreciate the service
You have some bugs to work out. Can’t use the debit card I have because I was supposedly sent a new card, didn’t need one, which I never received. Also your system does not connect well with banking. The balance is always incorrect and takes a bit to refresh. Also, the only customer service you offer is AI, no human interaction.

Tried to borrow funds. You have to subscribe before they will take you to the “Get Funds” section. My account didn’t have the funds so my request to borrow funds was denied. Guess what subscription fee jut hit my account?

The fact that you can't opt out of them taking partial payments is enough to only give them one star. Other platforms ask but Albert doesn't allow it. They do not line up their payback with paydays either. So you manage to get 20$ they will just take it from you.
Edit: Their reply makes no sense. I didn't speak to any one about this. It's like they're trying to pretend they did something. And you'd have to change the way your platform operates to fix any of this.

I appreciate the money on time when you need it
Albert is really awesome. They have helped me tremendously. Thank you Albert.
DO NOT USE THIS APP!! I wrote in 7x asking why their system could not identify me. Then when I got no response tried again "too many failed attempts" I had to email, a phone number would have been nice, waited 6 days to get a response during 6 days emailed daily....they just said can't verify my identity, sorry. Horrible service, just horrible!
This was not resolved I cannot use the app because you cannot confirm my identity.... other apps doing the same thing you do have no issues. Just You!
