Our move from London to Wolverhampton…
Our move from London to Wolverhampton was well priced, arranged really easily and carried out with no hassles.
I really appreciated the kind and professional approach that Thomas and his colleague worked with on Thursday.
They worked so effectively, and even with minimal instruction and no supervision they ensured the unloading of our belongings was done really well.
They made our move so much smoother than we could have imagined.
Delighted with your service, will be delighted to recommend, especially with friends who are moving out of London.
Thank you so much!

I like Albert Miles!! :)
Absolutely fabulous..a dream team!! Exchange of contracts/completion on same day????..panic! Finding anyone to move all my things with weather predicted last week? Albert Miles team came to my rescue with a Luton van..boy did they work!!..none stop..not even for a cuppa. My hat is off to both of them. I do not hesitate in highly recommending this wonderful couple. Price was great and everything arrived in excellent order. Everything placed where needed! Simply the best!!????????
Horrendous
I decided to go with Albert Miles removals based on the good experience I had three-and-a-half years ago with them. How different it was this time.
The two men arrived on time but sat in their van for 20 minutes on their phone so the whole process started about half an hour late.
One of the men came over to me and complained that he had no where to park -it's true that parking is awkward on my street but there was some parking albeit 3 houses away.
I then left to go to my new house so that I'd be there for when they arrived with all of my stuff. I left my adult son in charge. My son reported that the first half an hour of them being in the house they were simply walking around photographing everything.
I didn't think much of this as I assumed this was for insurance purposes.
However it turned out that there were several items not brought over from the old house to the new that was on the inventory.
There were also lots of damages.
The wall on the staircase at the old house had been gouged leaving a big hole and plaster all over the carpet, there was dirt and scrapes down both sides of one of my mattresses, there was a garden ornament broken which I saw them kick over pick it up and put it in the bin and not say a word, there was a rip in the back of my leather 4 seater sofa, there were knocks to the paintwork in the new house, there were scrapes and scuffs on various pieces of wooden furniture. They refused to bring over the dishwasher as they said there was a risk of tearing the lino. This was never an issue before.
When they were at the new house, they said that several items were not able to be taken upstairs. They were referring to two chests of drawers. Whilst they were gone collecting the second load, I took these items upstairs myself, on my own, with no trouble whatsoever, all I did was remove the drawers. Throughout the morning, the men were on the phone any time I looked at them and were swearing in Polish and were rude and dismissive to me when I asked any questions. They kept telling me that they had another job to go to.
Then, to add insult to injury, I received an email from Albert Mileska, the director, that I owe a further £60 due to walking distance because the movers had to park 3 doors away. This is on top of the £400 I had already paid.
This was the most horrendous, most stressful moving day I've ever had and I would not wish this experience on my worst enemy.
