If I could select 0 stars I would, 1 is very generous. I ordered a dress for my wedding day, after being rushed into it by a member of Albina Dyla staff who was messaging me constantly on WhatsApp. After being promised the dress would arrive on time I make the purchase (ridiculous amount of money), as soon as I made the purchase the lady on WhatsApp lost interest and took days to answer any questions. When the dress didn’t arrive on time I had to contact them in 3 different way to just get a response, I have been promised a refund over and over and it’s now 6 months later and I still have received nothing and they have stopped responding to me. Absolutely awful service, the worst I have ever experienced.

I have made an order in August through the website. I have received my pieces on time for an occasion in September, however I ordered 3 items and decided to keep only 1 since the other two did not fit. I have then immediately sent back the other two items asking for a refund. The pieces are stunning, however the refund process took a few months but thankfully Tensor was able to assist me with that.

I strongly advise against this brand
Extremely disappointing experience.
The quality of the clothing is very poor and far below any acceptable standard. The materials are cheap, the finishing is careless, and the products do not justify the price in any way.
The customer service is virtually non-existent. Once an issue is reported, the customer is completely ignored: emails go unanswered, no support is provided, and there is no after-sales assistance. It feels like the customer simply stops existing as soon as a problem arises.
Based on this experience, I strongly advise against this brand. The value for money is terrible, and the total lack of customer care makes purchasing from this company a risk. There are far better alternatives available, even at lower prices.

I received the dress and it’s beautiful (just as pictured) but there were a few minor flaws. Eriola was so helpful and considerate in offering multiple solutions for fix the issues and ensure I was 100% satisfied! Ordering online from sites you’re not familiar with is nerve wrecking, but after this experience I feel confident ordering from Albina Dyla for future orders. The dress will certainly be a show stopper at my upcoming party and I’m so excited to wear it! Good customer service makes a huge difference and I’m pleased with the level of assistance I received after voicing my concerns.
