I bought the icarsoft vaws v3 over the festive period and they went out their way to deliver it. Tool arrived as expected in good condition and I registered and then updated the software with no issues. It has already has been invaluable. They seem a very friendly and responsive crew. Ordered Topdon Artidiag EU arrived the next day and already has been very useful cleared 2 DTC`S on my 2018 VW Polo. its great piece of kit for the money easy to use even for me as a private user. The option to do coding looks interesting and something you would not expect at this price point.

Superb communication, I asked a number of questions regarding the icarsoft CR Pro which were all addressed immediately, John was very helpful, and nothing was to much. I ordered the scanner, and it arrived the following day, which was fantastic, it arrived as described, very well packaged and as described. I have had the scanner plugged into my car and the machine does everything it says on the tin. Lovely piece of kit and great value for money in comparison to the more expensive ones on the market.
A must use seller and super efficient if you are looking to invest in one of these products.

Albionshire checked the functions worked specifically for my car and sent the Ancel VD700 very quickly for a good price.

I first purchased a CR MAX scanner to cover different vehicle types. l quickly discovered that the unit didn’t cover all issues.
