Extraordinarily Obnoxious

The wines and spirits are significantly over-priced, several of the food products that I saw were well past their 'use by' date, but worst of all, the owner/manager is probably the rudest and most unhelpful person I have ever had the misfortune to meet.

Dreadful service

Bought a couple of bottles of expensive whisky online and received email notifications confirming the purchases and then confirming that the order was complete.
12 hours later I get an email saying sorry it is out of stock, I buy a lot of wine and spirits online and this is the first time that I have experienced this situation where it is in stock, is confirmed in stock and the order is completed to then get an email 12 hours later saying it is now out of stock. Very, very poor service.

Cracking little shop

A lovely little shop hidden down Lambs conduit Street, the staff are friendly and super knowledgeable. Wouldn't have a bad word to say about them!

Really !

After being a regular customer for years and then continuing when Albion took over bin ends . I was more than surprised to go in on about three occasions to experience a different kind of service . Staff don't seem to have time of your not making a big purchase , give the impression your wasting their time , and their wine experience seems to be based on personal preference feather than meeting he customers preference. Went in with a frind and duly walked out after one member of staff was blatenty rude and quite simply drunk ! They seem to think they're better than you just because they can afford to sit at home drinking all day . How low .
