Super schneller Service

Im Vorfeld habe ich den Shop kontaktiert, um den Versand in die Packstation erfolgreich sicher zu stellen. Der Inhaber hat innerhalb eines Tages geantwortet und damit konnte die Bestellung erfolgen. Die Zustellung erfolgte innerhalb von 2 Tagen.

Leider war die Feder des deutschen Markenproduktes nicht in Ordnung. Nach Info an den Shop hatte ich bereits 2 Tage später 2 Ersatzfedern, von denen dann 1 Feder nutzbar war. Der Shop kann hier nichts für die Qualitätskontrolle des Herstellers.

Für mich war es eine angenehme Erfahrung und der Beweis, dass die Service-Wüste Deutschland noch nicht alle Ecken erreicht.

Hier bestelle ich gerne wieder.
