My only issue was the paper was far too…
My only issue was the paper was far too thick. Much thicker than my last order with similar amount of pages. I will order again but will look more closely at the paper thickness.

Thank you for the review. Your last order was produced on our 260gsm Luster paper stock, which should be the exact same as you last 2 projects in 2025 and 2024.
In future, if you like you can change to a 190gsm Luster paper during the checkout process.

Well finished products let down by delivery
Well finished products, quick to go into production once ordered. (2 x photo albums).
Once the albums were in Australia, DHL showed that the shipment was in Homebush Sydney (not 400km further where it was supposed to be), tracking showing awaiting collection - in HOMEBUSH. I had to ring DHL to find out where the shipment was and discovered it was waiting at my local depot for collection. The tracking did NOT update until way after collection, STILL showing awaiting collection in Homebush.

So pleased I swapped from other photo book apps
I find the screens and tools easy to use. The HELP is great for those one off unusual queries. Once ordered you are kept well informed about progress and delivery. I have loved the options and results from my photo books.

Great web site, easy to navigate. All questions answered, good videos on Utube for any problems. Easy to download photos. Photo book looks great, fast delivery. Able to send copies on line to friends.

High Quality and Great Service
Always a high quality product with speedy delivery. Whenever I've had a problem (not many) the call centre has been responsive and very helpful. The editor is easy to use although I sometimes wish I could more with the editor, but simplicity sometimes comes with constraints. It would be nice if the editor could access images directly from Apple Photos, but I understand the difficulties third parties may have in developing software for Apple.

The Albumworks photo program easy to use
The Albumworks photo book program is excellent. It allows you freedom to chose your own layouts and has good choice in album size, covers and paper quality. The program is intuitive and easy to use. Finalization of an album is efficient. From time of upload to receipt of finished product is about five working days. Good value for money delivering a photobook that will last for ages.
