Sarah picked us up to take us to the airport on the first leg of our journey home. She messaged the day before to let us know where she would be and sent a picture of her car so she would be easily identifiable which was really helpful and reassuring that we would get to the airport on time - great for me as a nervous passenger! We could not fault Sarah at all.A couple of days before our pick up from Hotel I received a message from Sarah describing the pick up location and a photo of her Car and Registration plate.On the way to the airport Sarah gave us some very good tips on places to go on our next visit to the Alicante/Benidorm area.She provided a very friendly and reliable service and would definitely recommend.

Sarah sent a text and WhatsApp prior to pick up to introduce herself and a description of the car she would be using and she arrived promptly at pick up time to take us to airport from our hotel in Benidorm, she have some good advie of the local area and transport links ect

Great pick up experience. 2 days before we were due to arrive we received a text from Sarah introducing herself with contact numbers, pick up details and car details which made the whole pick up so much easier. Sarah was waiting when we arrived with the offer of a coffee if we wanted. The drive to Benidorm was made much more pleasant and the journey soon passed since we chatted from start to finish. Would not hesitate to use Sarah again as it was the best taxi journey from the airport we’ve had.

Sarah kept in contact with us from the moment we booked putting our minds at ease as it’s our first time in Benidorm, lovely lady, very professional and even gave us some tips on places to visit, will definitely book Sarah again in the future.

I received a text message from Sarah a few days before our trip with all her details, car info and contact number.
Due to heavy traffic she was a few minutes late but was able to keep us informed, so no issues.
A comfortable drive to our hotel and a good friendly chat at the same time.

Sarah sent us a message 2 days before our transfer to introduce herself which was in our minds excellent . I phoned to ask if she could pick us up at a different hotel a short distance away and she obliged with no issues . A lovely person and would definitely use again without hesitation . I travelled to Alicante for the first time on my own and was a little apprehensive regarding transfers. However, I booked through Alicante Airport Transfers because It offered a female Chauffeur, I was so pleased I did. Sarah spoke English and made my transfer feel safe and pleasant which put me at ease straight away. She offered me a bottle of water and gave me an insight on areas where to visit, and offered to transport me to them should i have any problems with public transport. Sarah definitely went above and beyond to ensure my visit to Alicante was a memorable one, and that surely was making it stress free.
