These cases were extremely disappointing. They claim to be MagSafe compatible. I think they should be disallowed to advertise and market with this claim.

In short, neither of the two cases have much magnetic strength and one of them doesn’t charge at all using MagSafe.

It’s just about slick marketing claiming to be Euro made. It’s just another cheap Chinese made product and they couldn’t care less about customers.

Stay away from these scammers and stick with the cheaper stuff. These are worse than the so-called cheap stuff.

I appreciate the quick response by Alcanside. They couldn’t guarantee that a new order would solve the problem. But they at least offered to refund the amount of the order. I accepted and I’ll update whether this happens.

Their AirPods case feels sturdy and honestly looks just as great as advertised. However, be prepared to get bombarbed by unnecessary mails after ordering. A little installation manual would’ve been nice but anyone competent should be able to figure that out on their own. Also, the case is NOT compatible with an Apple Watch charger, despite them stating on their site that the case is fully MagSafe compatible. It works with a slightly bigger wireless charger though so I suppose the regularly sized MagSafe charger should work. Despite me ranting a lot here, the products build quality and looks are most important and those really are great.

The quality is very good. I changed my iPhone, so I needed a new case — the only choice was Alcanside! I love the look and quality!

Alcanside has been one of the most disappointing online shopping experiences encountered in a long time. The delivery arrived significantly later than the timeframe advertised on their site, which meant the item turned up far too late for the intended recipient.

When a return and refund were requested due to the excessive delay, the response was astonishingly unhelpful. Alcanside insisted that return postage would be entirely at personal expense and went further to say that tax would need to be paid to send the item back to the EU, effectively penalising the customer for their failure to deliver on time.

On briefly checking the product itself, it appeared to be a very thin plastic case with an even thinner felt‑like lining, raising serious questions about its **integrity** and durability compared with the premium quality they claim in their marketing. The whole experience leaves the strong impression of a company hiding behind glossy branding while passing off poor-quality products and even poorer service.

Given how heavily they promote themselves across social media, it is telling that their Facebook presence shows no meaningful engagement from real customers on posts, which does nothing to inspire trust. Overall, this has felt like an utter farce from start to finish: avoid this company at all costs.

Two week ago I had orderd 4 cases. And the delivery was very fast. Very fine cases from good quality. A highly recommended.

I wasn’t 100% sure about trying a brand that doesn’t have a physical presence in my country (Lithuania), and I had been following Alcanside’s newsletter for half a year or more. But during the Black Friday sale, I finally gave in and decided to take a leap of faith by ordering a case for my phone.

Funny thing (well, not really): I accidentally mixed up the phone models and ordered a case for the iPhone 15 Pro instead of the 16 Pro. Thankfully, the Alcanside team was very kind and helped exchange the incorrect case for the right one. Yes, it took a bit of time to sort things out with the support team, but the story had a happy ending — and the mistake was entirely mine.

Now that I’ve finally received the correct case, I’m really impressed with the build quality and how precisely it fits the phone. It’s incredibly satisfying to hold the device in this Alcantara® case — it feels genuinely premium. Let’s see how it holds up in the long term, but so far, I’m very happy and already planning to order another one for my spouse in a different color.

I waited longer because I ordered a new release — an orange case and a MagSafe wallet for the iPhone 17 Pro — but it was worth it. The quality and functionality are amazing.

This phone case exceeded my expectations. The fit is perfect and it feels very solid without adding too much bulk. The material has a nice grip, so the phone doesn’t slip out of my hand, and it provides great protection against drops and scratches. The buttons are easy to press and all ports are easily accessible. The design looks even better in real life. Overall, excellent quality for the price — I would definitely recommend it.

I ordered two AirPods Pro cases and I'm already using one of them. The second one has been sent back to Alcanside due to problems with the courier but with good communication with the customer service, everything has been flawless until now!

IPhone Pro case doesn’t fit properly!
I love the alcantara feel and have had an iPad 12.9 pro case which is a year old and is still in perfect condition BUT..
This iPhone 16pro case has a disappointing fit around the top right hand corner of the screen as with a screen protector fitted there is zero raised lip to protect the screen from a face down drop op the floor. The other three corners have a nice even raised lip so overall it looks uneven.
I bought the same alcantara case 1 year ago and i sent that back as it had the exact same fault in the corner.

Customer services were unhelpful just saying to order another one. Perhaps they know ALL IPHONE PRO CASES DONT FIT PROPERLY!!!!

I absolutely love this brand and the products. When I first discovered Alcanside, I was instantly hooked by the idea of using Alcantara for everyday accessories. The material feels incredibly premium — there’s hardly anything that compares to it.

The shop itself feels stylish and trustworthy, the products are beautifully crafted, and the packaging is just as high-quality as the items themselves. My personal favorite is the AirPods case — I literally have it in my hand every day. It’s a real “hand flatterer” and, in stressful moments, it even feels surprisingly calming.

Customer support was fast, friendly, and very solution-oriented. Everything was resolved smoothly, which gave me even more confidence in the brand — so much so that I placed another order right away.

It’s been over 20 days and still no delivery, good thing Spain was classified for delivery within 4 business days

The quality of the case is perfect, the leather is smooth but after 1 year of using it’s all sticky and shiny, it requires careful maintenance.

Excellent product. I got 2 different cases for my phones and they are excellent, exceeded expectations. Hand feel 10/10 - build quality 10/10
