Tim was absolutely amazing

Tim was absolutely amazing! I initially had an issue and thought I was going to get what I wanted, but Tim went above and beyond to make sure that I could be accommodated. This is definitely a reason why I am a return customer. Because of the great customer service your people like Tim provide.
