Charged me 18 usd just to refund me the usdt they couldn't exchange me. 18!!!

I have been using alch pay regulary, but one day wothout explanation they accused me that i am braking laws and financing terorisam wtc. Never explained qhat was wrong or reason for blocking me.

Should have checked here before trying to off-ramp crypto onto a debit card. Three debit cards at three different banks that I successfully off-ramped crypto onto before all had failed transactions. Support was of no help and they forced me to accept a crypto refund through an entirely different token than I sent them on a completely different blockchain I had never used before, had no native gas in my wallet to use the other token, and was highly inconvenient. And even though they did not complete their end of the service which was to give me money for crypto, they kept their outrageous fees (3 times over). What was $70 usdt was whittled down to under $50 from these scammers. Don't use them. There's too much competition in this space to go with unethical, predatory businesses like this.

I sold them some USDT 2 days ago, and they notified me that they received theirs immediately, and I am yet to receive mine. I'm starting to think they are a scam

What is being said here is true. They are scammers. I bought 15 euros of cryptocurrency from them. They kept the money and didn't send me any cryptocurrency. SCAMMERS

The first few transactions went great. After the "Your Account is at Risk" issue which caused my account to be restricted wherein there were no warnings whatsoever that I have violated any T&Cs, it all went bad. They said that I have triggered a "risk control rule of trading" which they said cannot be disclosed to users and refund would take another 1-3 working days. Just AMAZING!

⚠️ Warning: I believe I’ve been scammed by this platform.
I successfully created a virtual card and transferred funds from my Binance account. The money was deducted, and the card was created, but I have never been able to use the funds on the card.

I contacted support multiple times over the past months, and the only responses I received were delays and excuses like “system maintenance.” No real solution, no refund, and no access to my money.

This is completely unacceptable and feels like a scam. I strongly advise others to stay away from this platform until they fix these serious issues.

I inquired twice about opening an account with them and never received any reply.

AVOID ! DO NOT use their service. They collect data for unknown purposes, when you try to reach them, google can,t deliver to their mail address, looks like a scam.

Worst offramp service. They scammed me by charging outrageous amounts to a failed order.

Terrible service.

I used it for a while to make deposits and it worked fine.

On the first attempt to make withdrawals they blocked my account and the problem remained stuck in support for more than a month.

After dozens of emails and hearing that support couldn't figure out what the problem was, I simply received an email saying that my KYC had been rejected, and the reason field was in blank.

I requested to redo my KYC and received another email saying that my account was blocked and that they would no longer provide service for my account.

They didn't explain the reason, it took them more than a month to identify the problem and in the end they simply blocked my account.

This is proof of an inefficient service, support and technical team unprepared to solve problems.

I use several other trading platforms and all my KYCs were approved the first time. I only had a problem with this company, but in fact the problem was not with my documents and yes in the inefficiency of the services provided.

I topped up some fund on my bitget with alchemypay as the payment for my NFT whitelist minting. It's been 3 days and my asset hasn't arrived yet on my bitget until now. Contacted bitget and they said alchemypay is 3rd party and the responsibility is on alchemy's side. I've tried to contact their customer support but the service is super poor. There is no online customer support. Because of this issue, i missed the chance to minting my NFT and their minting is FCFS, and to get those whitelist really needed big efforts! Bitget helped me to follow up this case to alchemypay and i have given all my bank details to them for the refund, but again they haven't sent my refund yet until now! If you see this review, it's an honest review. I also found out there are also many bad experiences like mine on their telegram, social media, and even on trustpilot (?) Please be careful with this company. I'll take down this review until you send my money back!

outright scam lol, they took my money and didn't send me my order. tried contacting cs multiple times but they said their bank team is still verifying the payment sent by me. it's been over 2 days, and my order still hasn't arrived. worst platform ever

Living in Asia I had to use Alchemy Pay to withdraw my ETH on december and I did not received my money. CS support told me to check the RRN number with my bank. I went to different office and make call but they all told me they is no record. No RRN numbers, nothing on their side. Ive explained this situation many times to Alchemy Pay and they keep repeating again and again "check RRN number". Their service is awful and no professional at all. Sometime an employee says they will back to you in 2days after checking with relevant service but they do not.

I will look for legal actions I can take against them. They have to take responsabilities and all those reviews will propably help.

They will deny your claims, once you contact them with transaction screenshots the CS just goes back and forth, asking the same thing multiple times. I lost 450 USD, stay away from them. Not trust worthy

please DO NOT buy crypto at lower amount. They will DISABLE your account. That's what they did to my account they disabled it due to 'security risks' which is just an excuse for their company being at RISK OF BANKRUPTCY due to lower amount purchases.

I wanted to exchange 587 euro to usdt and they scammed me. Support does nothing and only buys time for them self's and faking and lie about making refund.

They only refund to you using USDT(TRX) Incase there's an issue with your order.

If you try to sell your ethereum and the transaction doesn't go through they will still take the transaction fee + won't even refund the ethereum to your original wallet but you need a Tron Wallet so they can send USDT(TRX)..

Lost around 10€ on a 18€ transaction with them basically
