I used this platform to purchase more then 15 times and convert my fiat to etherium via coinwallet and onramp.
All transactions were fine and I started to trust this platform until 1 transaction that I did not receive.
I purchased eth through coinwallet as usual. Followed the payment process on alchamey pays platform. Alchamey pay does not allow you to choose a eth address or change it as it's connected via onramp via your own wallet destination in which I find quite scary but didnt think to much of it until one day my purchase went successfully through their system and I waited for my eth. I then find that the eth address alchamey pay had sent my eth to was wrong and not my own. I reached out to alchamey pay and their support was useless. I was advised to reach out to coinwallet in which I did but they don't have control of purchases. I re reached out to alchamey pay and thy asked to show evidence of their incompetent platforms purchase process.... I screen recorded this process. They then advised they would get back to me this is after 2weeks of back and forth. I sent all evidence to show I was not at fault and now they have gone silent on me and will not take responsibility. The wallet the eth was sent to had no transactions in or out except this one transaction. The money is still in the wallet it was sent to. I cannot fathom how a company creates a platform in which the user has no ability to change their wallet designation address and then not to accountability. I purchased so much of that platform even after the error I felt compelled to purchase again 3times to show them their own process. All this went to my wallet as per normal. I was a loyal client my address never changed except this one Time. The amount was $100aud. I would like alchamey pay to reach out to me and have my eth sent to me to rectify this mess. It's been a month. I would not trust this platform ever again and would advise others to stear away as their support will never see black and white even after they admitted the purchase process is fauly. I want money you scammers
