We got your order on a saturday ( feb , 3rd ) and we shipped on monday the 5th as there is no shipping on weekends. So there was no delay . Shipping to Nova Scotia took 7 days as you received on Feb 12th . Unfortunatley, we cannot control logistics when we hand out to shipping companies. We sincerely think we did our best shipping on time when we came back from week end. That being said we hope that you like what you have ordered . Best regards and have a nice day .

Good communication with the CSR representative. I entered a promo code at the end and they forgot to add it to my order. Contact the CSR once I got my order to advise something was missing and next day, I got it in the mail.
