Fixed App…
My app did not work properly and all it took was 1 text and it got fixed within 2 days. This is a great customer service feature because it saves me a lot of time from having to be on the phone to resolve a technical issue that needed time to fix.

Installation was less than stellar
My experience with what apparently was a contracted installer was less than stellar. While he was very nice and well mannered, I’d had expected more out of the installation. My Spectrum after install had been well done by a friend years ago and we had to dismantle the cable ties and wraps. When I went back into the house after completion I was quite surprised to find everything just dangling from the newly installed router🥴I ended up corralling the cables with cable ties to make it look presentable. I don’t want anyone to get in trouble but it may help if installers were reminded that they reflect on your company and you expect better performance from those representing you.

Virginia is an Exceptional Representative
Virginia is an exceptional representative. For her to be able to walk me through setting up my camera is more than amazing, it is a miracle. I say this because I am not at all tech savvy. I would not have been able to set up because of all the issues I ran into not knowing how to resolve it without Virginia's extreme patients with me and understanding my difficult comprehension trying to locate the difference parts on the indoor camera itself. Her professionalism and excellent patients in working through my difficulties made the experience not stressful, but more enjoyable working with her to get it right. Alder customer support was on their game and brilliant with their troubleshooting of my panel. We were able to deduce that I needed a new panel as the firmware was bad after some very informative trail and error testing. I am very appreciative of the great help Bianca Mendez was able to provide.

Where do I start
Where do I start, if I could rate 0 stars I would.
Tried to get a security system way back in Oct. 2020. Never received a system. Was told it was delivered, but was not. Asked have the account cancelled and was told the account would be cancelled. Never was, of course, Alder billed me each month for $44.99. I've called at least 8 times during the 2021 year, was given the run around being transferred to different levels of account managers without results. Absolutely, positively do not do business with company.
